Coffee was old and cold. Place smelled like sewage from the front door. Salad was old and smelled like unwashed old bagged salad. Asked for xtra dressing and got a half ramaken. Barely any sour cream with potato skins. Food and drink were old and unremarkable. Will never go back.
The food was great and we didn't have to wait long. The hostess didn't even greet us or look at us, she just sat us which I found kind of uncomfortable. The waitress was polite and we were able to get our food quickly and leave in time to get where we needed that night.
Went here for a burger. Asked no pink was pink asked for crispy fries nope not that either. Waitress was great kept coming back make shore we didn't need anything. We were the only two people in there besides the bar. And let me tell you this is the 2nd 99 I've been to in 2 months can you please shut the AC off. My god...he got country Fried Chicken. Someone tell me are the potion getting smaller.....or??? I'm just not impressed with the 99 anymore. Gotta bring back the ground round..???? (got no popcorn either)
I wish I could do more stars under service.
To management you need to make Jameson a manger!!! No angry Karen would rattle him calm cool and respectful. I am blown away at the amazing experience we had the other night. Jameson thank you again for being such a great guy. My dad loved his prime rib ????
Ordered the lobster roll. It was delicious with plenty of meat in a nice roll. Broccoli and cold slaw were my sides. Both were very good and broccoli was cook to perfection. Great meal for a warm summer night
This was our first time visiting the Pembroke 99, we were very impressed with the cleanliness of the restaurant and the friendliness of the greeters. Our waiter, It was his first day, and even though he made a mistake, he was very pleasant, respectful, and thorough. The manager apologized for the mistake and gave us the meal free. Which we did not ask for but pleasantly accepted. We wish the new waiter lots of luck. The food was good And we will keep coming to 99, but probably closer to home.
Called this afternoon and spoke to the manager Bart or whatever his name was. Got the chicken parmigiana, resulted in severe food poisoning and had to go to the hospital... The manager was incredibly rude and basically told me how "theres no possible way that could have happened" raised his voice at me and proceeded to argue with me. Had to hang up. Horrible customer service. Avoid the pembroke location at all costs. It was so bad i would give you a 0 but unfortunately thats not possible so i give you a 1.
For a chain restaurant the food was good, I would go back there again
