one word: OUCHH!!!???????? - Please don’t go here!!! ???? u wont get what u ask for, its hard to communicate with these people, they don’t believe in compensation, i got injured, unprofessional service, & the work quality is very inconsistent.
Context:
I never really usually go to chop shops because they have a bad reputation, but I really needed a last-minute pedicure and full-set nails. My pedicure was good! But the fact that i was surrounded by two other workers staring at my feet while talking in their language for about almost the whole process made me uncomfortable- but overall, it was good. Onto the full-set, (different worker) I asked for gel X nails and the lady decided she just wasn’t going to give me that and use this different product. The deluxe pedicure was pretty good but really overpriced. They charge $10 more to use gel nail polish, which I never really heard of.. ???? when I got my Full-set , the work was really inconsistent. She put the nail tip crooked , so I told her- and she didn’t fix it. So at this point i stopped trying to communicate with her because earlier i was discussing the nails i wanted and she was not understanding me.. so i just thugged it out ‘til the end hoping for the best ! (emphasis on hoping for the best????) because i heard a lady behind me having issues with her nail artist about not getting what she wanted. Anyway, My nail artist ended up slicing my pinky finger and I started bleeding so I ended up having to wash off all the oil she put on my hands. Once the torture was over, I went to go pay and asked for a discounted price because I was LITERALLY bleeding and the nails just weren’t what i asked for, And the guy gave me a “10%” off . I paid 84$ for this bro, i refuse to believe he actually gave me a discount on the full set. Im gonna ask for a refund and continue to hope for the best. :/
Save yourself from disappointment and go somewhere else! This place is super unprofessional and rude af. The older man started my nails and we ended up in an argument over the shape I asked for, he was super rude and aggressive. A women offered to fix them for me and this is what I got for 70$ ???????? 30$ for a full set and 40$ for a clear top coat and crystals that I brought in myself, all of the nails are different shapes and my crystal fell off 20 mins after leaving. Don’t even waste your time with this place
The reviews and photos swayed my choice to try this place but the experience was not great. I made an appointment and they had no idea when I showed up. The pedicure was quick and rushed: my nails are sharp, they were snot shaped. I have nail polish all over my toes and one of them got cut somehow. I then asked for a full set and was forced into dip acrylic which I did not want. While he did well matching my inspo pic, the actual nails and quality are slim. For $70 my nails are crooked, my skin is stained, and white is still showing on the underside. I heard another customer complain as I arrived and I should have heeded the warning.
Im from Jersey and we are real serious about an official nail tech. You gotta be on point with everything from start to finish. And Jennie is all of that . The shape , her designs and professionalism. I found me a nail home ♥️
Harry hooked me up!!!! I had no clue what I wanted but showed him a couple photos and he did his thing!!! He’s very nice and makes sure you like your nails through the entire process!!! 10/10 experience!
Harry is new at this location. He always do my nails correctly. I’m not the current customer because my location is far away. I’m sad he moving out of area but i give this nails salon 5 stars review because i know everywhere he goes they are always good at respect the customers. Good luck to you all
I have finally found a nail place to revisit over and over! My nails are always done how I ask and Sophia does an awesome job adding the designs. Tina gives an excellent pedicure. Can’t wait for my next appointment!
If I could give it a negative I would! Beware they like to record you when they’re working on your feet. My son was recording her recording me!!! When you catch them out there they act like they talking to each other on their phones!!! They are also very unprofessional and unsanitary! Something that needs further investigation!!! This place should be shut down for many reasons, most importantly sanitary reasons!!
