Why the low rating despite the quality and the staff. Because I felt like I was being nickel and dimed. The girl that was serving us, she was super nice...I'd give her 5 stars all day.
The food quality was actually very good. We had Combo B (says it's for 2 but can serve 3 comfortablely). We also ordered a steamed egg as well. The prices are a bit high, but we had seen good reviews and they were open during lunch.
My issue is that lettuce is extra, peppers and garlic are extra, refills of the banchan is extra. Are we sure this is a Korea restaurant? It was like they were trying to squeeze every penny from us...and took away from our experience
We got the option b and it had different varieties of meat it came with rice salad and side dishes. It was entertaining and kind of pricey but it was worth it.
Excellent authentic food with attentive and knowledgeable staff, and good vibes all around. Definitely worth coming out from the city; this is the best authentic Korean food in the Chicago area. I'll definitely be coming back to try out the rest of the menu.
The meats are excellent (we liked Combo B), but as a former vegetarian, I can say they have great vegetarian options too.
Definitely try the side dishes too to get the full experience. We particularly liked the rice cakes, seafood pancake, and Banchan. The alcohol Makgeoli (ancient traditional unfiltered rice wine) was great too, especially if you want to try something unique and traditional.

When we walked in, I sensed good energy right away! We ordered so much food (Combo B, Steamed Egg, etc) and it was all beyond delicious. For so much food, the price was really good, especially with quality meat! To my surprise, our waitress, makes all the food here and it’s family-owned and operated. A complete 10/10, a great spot to come hangout with family, friends, and loved ones for a quality meal and a fun but serene atmosphere! Everyone was so lovely and between the food and the people it was so comforting! ????
Went for my friend's birthday and can say this was hands down one of the best KBBQ places we've ever been to! The server was attentive to help out when we looked lost, and always available when we needed anything. Will be coming back again for not only the food, but the amazing staff! <3 Not to mention, the food was SOOOOOOO yummy
This was an AMAZING experience. I go to a TON of restaurants with my best friend and this was BY FAR the best so far. I love how the business is run, and how cozy the interior is. It truly feels a comfortable experience and I 100% recommend giving it a try. The food was high quality, and tasted AMAZING. I am not lying when I say that you need to try this spot. Will definitely be returning:)!
