I’m sorry 901 and usually i post your food on my social media page , Not today!! my wings were still raw I almost vomit after taking the first bite.. let me just say I never experienced this before but also I normally get the Philly.. I’m very disappointed I have to finish cooking them in my air fryer… SOMETHING HAS DEFINITELY CHANGED I HOPE this get to the manager soon so changes can be made
I recently ordered honey hot wings with lemon pepper sprinkles and seasoned fries. Unfortunately, I received regular hot wings without the lemon pepper sprinkles, and my fries were cold and unseasoned. To make matters worse, I was charged extra for the lemon pepper sprinkles and fry seasoning that were missing.
When I called the restaurant to address the issue, I spoke with two staff members who essentially placed the blame on me for not checking my order before leaving. The woman told me they made a human error. She offered me a refund of one dollar for the missing lemon pepper sprinkles and insisted I drive back up there to pick up a dollar..Like really… The way they handled the situation lacked professionalism and accountability, which was very disappointing.
As someone who values good customer service, I found this experience unacceptable. The food quality was subpar, and the service left much to be desired. I will not be returning, and I would advise others to explore better options elsewhere.DO NOT GO HERE !!!
Very friendly atmosphere they love their customers. I was greeted with a smile. I love how they are training their Grand Seeds to become entrepreneurs at an early age. They also are polite and they take care you with a smile. My food was delicious the Honey Gold sauce was the best I have ever taste. Everything I ordered was delicious. This was my first visit and Customer Service is not a department it is an attitude. Way To Go 901 Wings ???? I Shall Return and will definitely send you customers!! Blessings!! ❤️ ????????
Let me start by saying horrible customer service, the lady acted like she wanted to go home. For waiting over 40+ minutes we received fries that weren’t even finished cooking! I received 10 piece lemon pepper bites and it’s like the cook dumped the entire seasoning container on it! HORRIBLE AND TASTED SO SALTY I COULDNT EVEN FINISH IT. Do not…DO NOT WATSE YOUR MONEY HERE! Will never be coming back. Even the 20 piece bites we got with just hot sauce had ligaments all within the chicken, I couldn’t believe this place was in business.
I'm giving a 3 but usually this place is the bomb. This time my turkey burger was smashed up, burned bun, barely any lettuce and no onions. My lemon pepper wings were SWIMMING in grease. I was disappointed this time. Wonder if they have a new cook.
The food was not bad but for my momma order her fries were cold. They had kids working back there so it was a long wait,and I just finished eating it a few minutes ago now I’m having a bad tummy ache
Service was fine. I order mild wings, obviously their mild is their hottest wing. The sauce was thick and red... and was super hot. Just unable to eat them. I order mild sauce on the side but it was liquidity like hot sauce.
I don't usually post reviews, BUT I felt a strong need to this time. 1st.. called this place 10 times to place a order, no one answered. 2nd.... wait time was 30 minutes when I arrived, only 2 other people were waiting. 3rd....the cashier had a blank look on her face when she asked if I was ordering or picking up. I told her how an I picking up when ya'll won't even answer the phone. Last, but not least they are extremely expensive. Won't ever be back and will discourage others from going. Maybe they will change when they start losing customers
