Best WLM Reviews

We sat at the bar for drinks after dinner elsewhere (this is above the Hilton which we stayed at).
We didn’t eat anything, but the two bartenders were great. Friendly and well versed in their craft. Very attentive to all the guests while maintaining an efficient line for the waitstaff to bring the diners. Very much enjoyed.
A cool place to hangout and catch a drink on the rooftop! Bartenders weren’t the best as it wasn’t busy, service was slow, and couldn’t make certain drinks. We didn’t have any food but I will say it all looked and sounded good!
8up actually hosted my wedding proposal to my girlfriend last week. I was beyond pleased with the customer service that was granted to me and my family. Jasmine helped me organize the entire proposal, with clear and frequent communication. Affordable, above and beyond service, with genuine kindness. We also had dinner after the fact, which was delicious. The waitress came to our igloo (which was an incredible experience) several several times to ensure our satisfaction. The entire staff was so friendly, congratulated us, and did all of their service with a great attitude. I couldn’t recommend this place more.
Can't say anything about the food my wife says it's not good she's been here before That's why we haven't eaten here but the drinks are excellent and the rooftop bars nice at sunset
Editing my review The outside bar does short pores would not recommend it Daniel inside bar is very good does not short poor makes excellent old fashions and cranberry and Tito's vodka The artichoke dip and muscles combined is a very good dip
I would like to give a higher review but over time it is not worth it The outside bar is worth seeing on a good sunset night Don't recommend an outside bar just an idea spent over $600 here not worth it
I had an absolutely terrible experience at this restaurant during my friend’s birthday party. We arrived at 8:30 PM, and it was an uphill battle just to get drinks. After waiting an hour, I attempted to order directly from the bar because it seemed impossible to get service through our server. At the bar, I was ignored for ten minutes and not greeted. When I finally got someone’s attention, I was told that one side of the bar was reserved for a private party and directed to walk to the other side—a frustrating and unnecessary inconvenience. Ultimately, the bar refused to serve me, so I was forced to order through the server after all. Even then, my drink didn’t arrive until 10:30 PM. By 11 PM, I left without ordering food.
Initially, we were seated in one of the restaurant’s rooftop igloos, which they heavily promote. Unfortunately, the setup was anything but comfortable. It was 20 degrees outside, and the igloo was heated with small, inadequate space heaters that left the temperature inside around 40-50 degrees. Everyone in our group was freezing. To their credit, they eventually moved us inside after we complained, but that gesture didn’t make up for the complete lack of service. Over the course of two hours, we saw our server only three times, and they were clueless, disengaged, and completely uninterested in helping us have a good experience.
The restaurant’s culture was the most disappointing part. It felt like no one cared about the basics of hospitality or making guests feel welcome. Despite being ready and willing to enjoy the evening and spend money, we were treated like a hassle, as though our presence was an inconvenience. This level of disregard and apathy is unacceptable.
I’ve left hundreds of reviews, and I rarely write something this negative. However, this experience was, without a doubt, one of the worst I’ve ever had. While the atmosphere and decor were impressive, it doesn’t come close to making up for the terrible service and lack of care. You could not pay me to come back to this place.
I’d love to share my thoughts on their food, but after two hours, I never got to have any!
We signed up for the “igloos” which turned out to be a greenhouse from Amazon or Lowe’s. Its door was broken so we constantly had to keep shutting it and it was so cold in there. It was definitely not what was advertised. On top of that, they don’t have a Christmas menu yet. They said they were still working on it. It’s the middle of December. Christmas is basically over. So we all ordered espresso martinis and I swear you could breathe fire with them. They were not drinkable, but we did our best to finish them because there’s a $300 tab you have to rack up in order to use the “igloos”. The waitress we had was the only saving grace. She was wonderful. I would NEVER recommend to come here. Oh and the shrimp were horrible.
If you are around Louisville, this is the place to be for your cocktails and tasty bites. We were on the road from mammoth caves on the way to Indiana and had light evening dinner here.
Place is not so packed due to late Sunday evening, they have sat us down quickly. Had real tasty shrimp and wings followed by their chicken sliders. We also added a margarita pizza to top off the evening. All the food was tasty and service was attentive and fast. Plus the view is nice if you step outside.
Cool spot. I wish we could have sat outside but the weather was a little cool. They were busy, the service was good, the salad I ordered was messy because it was piled with strips of apple and as soon as I cut into it the apples shot in every direction and went all over the floor and my lap. Cocktails were good although a little pricey. Pizza was respectable. I used to own a pizzeria and consider myself somewhat of an afficianado so I know of what I speak. I would definitely recommend this place and I will be back.
