Best WLM Reviews

If you like waiting you found your spot.
Had the chopped oxtail sandwich and it was avg at best.
Very little meat. It was about to thumbs worth of meat on the sandwich.
The fries that came with it were terrible. Tasted like refried and old checker fries.
I got the oxtail rice and oxtail pasta and strawberry cheesecake. It was so flavorful and a good portion size. It came out fast! I will def be back.
Randomly stumbled upon this place today and found it very appetizing. I was able to try the curry chicken meal and rum punch. The chicken was great! The meal itself was flavorful.
The cabbage & rice were good, but I wish there were peppers throughout the cabbage. Rum punch was strong, so be warned! I can’t speak for the Pattie’s or plantains - I don’t eat them. Enjoy ya food!
Always eat here for lunch when I'm in the area. Food is always fresh and seasoned well. My only little minor complaint is it's like talking to tree when interacting with the employees. No personality at all. But I'm not there for conversation so whatever.
They were vendors at Like Glue ATL festival. It was $16 for shrimp. The sign says “each entree comes with two sides.” They said no sides with the entrees and that sides are $7 each. How you could put two festival and 6 shrimp on a plate for $23 dollars?!?!? Ok it’s a festival so you up charged. Fine. But I sit down to eat and the shrimp not even clean. Smh.
The worst experience ive had in a while , since living here in Georgia. Placed order at 2:26 pm
1 jerk chicken meal, 2 beef patties with coco bread, fries and 2 red stripe sorrel . Order came out to 70$
And took well over 40 minutes and i had to keep returning because for all of that money for a take out meal . All my stuff should be correct. It wasn’t in fact people who came after me received their order before me. If your looking for jamaican food go to the south side . Or to Brooklyn, florida , etc because this was not it at all .
As a first time customer, I was pleasantly surprised by how highly satisfied I was with my order. I could taste the coconut milk in my rice 'n peas, and the escovitch fish was nicely seasoned. It was spicy, vinegary with a just tiny hint of sweet lingering. One critique: for the price I was hoping it also came with cabbage. The spinach pattie is good as well. I'll definitely order food from here again.
We expected a larger place since it had live music. We had the oxtail fried rice and the ackee and salt fish. Food was really good! DJ was playing music but it wasn't giving date night. It's more a place you grab and go. We will go back for the food but probably won't eat in.
