They are known for their pastries, but I also enjoy their coffee. Sea salt coffee is quite delicious.

When your getting service though one of the servers “Rebeka” was insisting I could not get green tea with oatmilk and I was able to do this just the other day. They allow you to substitute with oat or almond. She kept saying she is not sure how the barista will make it? I was so confused, why not just go ask? Also ask someone else taking orders if this is ok? Besides this love this spot.
Love coming to this 85°C. Have been coming over the past 4 years. And yes, I do drive from LA to Gardena just for this location. Customer service is great. Cashiers are always respectful and friendly. I think beverage makers can be a bit friendlier. I have tried a couple of times to make sure my order was placed, but it is really difficult to grab their attention. Sometimes it feels like they are purposely trying to ignore customers. I get it, they do get busy, but there are just times that we do need some assistance with our orders.
Still very good after many years and plenty of new competition in the market for asian bakeries. It's still worth going back.
It was a neat and clean place. Strawberry matcha was one of the best I ever had. All the bakery menus have an online ingredients list. You can check beforehand. Almost everything had animal ingredients in them.
Or order was prepared quickly. They have nice seating arrangement too.
Wow...I had the sea salt iced coffee yesterday and got an iced coffee today! It’s just so good!!!
All the bakeries and cakes look amazing as well..!!! The price is very responsible also. How can a cafe this good? It’s like perfect..!!! All the staff were so helpful and kind. The cafe had many tables and chairs inside and outside. Everything looked extremely clean. I’m just so impressed by everything about 85!! One of my local friends told me that they sell their coffee as $0.85 every Monday...I mean....are you kidding? ????????
I can’t say enough about this place. You just need to experience this place if you haven’t yet! Very good!!!!
This bakery they have mooncakes. OMG.
So if you crave for a sweet cake, you can drop by this bakery & have 1 mousse or pana cotta. They taste so good, mild sweet, fresh fruits. In this hot weather, I preferred a pana cotta or any chilled sweet fruit cakes. They’re the best. The place is large & relaxing.
Wonderful bakery with various goodies ranging from egg tarts, Hawaiian chicken, ham and cheese, cheese dogs, Hokkaido cheese tarts, coconut raisin tarts, guava cheese strudels, jalapeno cream cheese, and more. Go early or they'll sell out. Best to eat same day
