Since it opened in the area, it's been our favorite bakery to get tasty buns that are freshly baked and we loved the baked goods from this Taiwanese bakery cafe. We tried tuna sandwich and ham & cheese sandwich with a latte and milk tea which we liked, and sandwiches were great full of well combined flavors and textures especially after asking staff to heat them up, and when those were warm they were more enjoyable as cheeses melted perfectly. Both service and the ambiance were okay which could be better. One thing we noticed greatly was the changes in the size of baked goods significantly to a smaller size although the taste and the quality maintained.
This rejuvenated my memories of Taiwan. Try using their app to order and enjoy perks. The mango cake is a must-try, and almost everything is delicious. Don’t miss their summer smoothies and coffee. It’s a must-visit.
Good baked goods and good price! Love the buns and cheesecakes here. Drinks are ok but they are cheaper compared to other boba places. I’m always coming back for more bread and cakes!
Yummy ???? I got an amazing treat for myself and a mango green tea. It’s so good. I love green tea. The cafe is amazing with great customer service. I like the lighting in this place. Fast checkout too. If you are looking for a place to get an amazing goodie. Here you go. Try the frisco location.
85C bakery cafe has several branches throughout DFW/North Dallas.This review is for the Frisco cafe. This is a Taiwanese chain selling appetizing pastries, quick bites, cakes, desserts, specialty coffee, smoothies, bubble Tea etc. We absolutely love this place for quick bites and specialty coffee (especially the Hot Salted Caramel). All the cafe items are fresh. They have several cafe style seating arrangements both inside and outside. The service is not 5Star but that doesn't bother me. Little smile while greeting customers probably would go a long way. The place is always sqeeky clean despite taking care of decent number of foot traffic. Overall a great place for quick bites and beverages (tea/coffee/smoothie).
Orderered cake for my sister wedding anniversary via DoorDash. They delivered the best cakes even during the order was at wee hours.
Anywhere there’s an 85 Bakery, I will be there. This location is no exception. It’s relatively large for an 85 and has plenty of seating if you want to eat in store. The staff was so kind and friendly; they were restocking items as soon as they went out of stock. I tried the new fall special, the apple danish, which was ridiculously flakey with a generous portion of the jammy apple middle. We also tried a slice of the tiramisu and coffee creme brûlée, both of which were so tender and sweet, I’m convinced I need to order a full cake from here.
TLDR: 85 is awesome as always, this location is no exception.
It's probably the best bakery chain in DFW. Try everything - Tea, coffee, deserts, chocolate buns, pastries, Bobba.
Go to Kura next door to make it a perfect day out.
