Wow, where to begin? The service was wonderful. Crystal was amazing. She greeted us with the most bubbly spirit and was eager to share the special for the day. The food was immaculate. To be honest, my favorite course of the meal was my appetizer. I was craving okra and they happened to have a crab and okra soup. Omg, it was soo delicious. The cornbread chunks were a little dry, but despite that, it was *chef’s kiss* top tier. Overall, the atmosphere was quiet and intimate, with a nice breeze to compliment the outdoor experience on their porch during hot July evening. We departed the dining area to the rooftop bar for a quick view of the Augusta skyline. The evening summer breeze sealed our dinner beautifully.
This place is a really nice restaurant to check out. The service was top tier and food was amazing. It is pricey but well worth the experience to try out. The server was amazing, food was brought out with in a timely manner from ordering. Drinks snuck up on me which I love. Will definitely be back. Oh also it’s on the second level within the hotel.
Lovely location to dine outdoors if the weather permits, but be warn the service is very poor for the quality of the dining experience!
The food was delicious, but it’s hard to overlook the lack of any service. We saw our waitress 3 times where we had to ask other servers to take our order or grab our waitress. We are very easy guests, but know if you are pressed for time this is not the restaurant venue for you.
Our reservation was at 12:45 and got there 10 minutes earlier and was accommodating quickly because there wasn’t many folks dining in the restaurant to start with for a Saturday brunch beside 3 other small groups.
Overall, we’ve experienced this venue at the Partridge Inn, but will not be back.

Much flavor. The collards were a little on the spicy side which I loved. The grits were delicious. My husband ordered the fried chicken and it did not disappoint. We had plenty to take some of his home. The kids had the salmon with noddles. They loved it. The birthday boy had the duck. All of the food was delicious. Presentation was beautiful. Our server was well informed of the menu. Very nice and helpful. I definitely recommend you taking your family to eat and enjoy this restaurant!!!
The wait staff is wonderful but I felt a way about paying $45 for the fattiest ribeye with instant mashed potatoes. The steak itself was cooked nicely but the cut of meat was very cheap. Also, along with being instant potatoes they were not seasoned at all; no salt, pepper, or butter. Although the atmosphere and service were good, my food did not match.
Love!! Great food, clean and inviting atmosphere, excellent service, a rooftop bar, and live music from time to time. The fried chicken, mac and cheese and, greens taste like they have been passed down from the ancestors! We really enjoyed our experience at 8595 Restaurant and Bar.
First time visiting and I must say the Staff was absolutely Amazing. The Hostess was very pleasant and Friendly and was able to answer every question My Husband and I asked. Zeb our Waiter was EXCELLENT, and He knew the menu front and back. The ambiance was perfect and the view was breathtaking. Thank you Zeb, you were Awesome!!
I recently dined at the Partridge Inn Hilton, and I was thoroughly impressed with the service and food. Kymonica Harris provided exceptional service—she was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect throughout my visit. My veggie omelette was absolutely made to perfection—fluffy, flavorful, and packed with fresh ingredients. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!"
