Love it. Clean, comfortable & fun environment. The staff is professional. The pricing for bowling & food are reasonable. Speaking of food, the burgers are juicy goodness. I enjoyed my classic medium with American cheese & onions after a few games. Husband & I go here few times a year. ????

The service was outstanding from the restaurant to the customer service desk.
New machines and an awesome selection of games. A fantastic place to go with family/ friends. We had a blast! They even have laser tag, escape rooms and bowling. We will be back to do the rest as we got caught up in arcades and didn't have time to do the rest. This place is large and stays open late as well, so whatever your schedule you can be sure to have time and go have some fun.
This is a great addition to the area with great fun for many ages. Bowling, arcade, laser tag, and escape room all combined together for a time out of fun or even party options. If you haven't planned a birthday party here you should look into it. Prices are reasonable and kids all enjoy it. The staff walks you right through everything and helps you along the whole event. Highly reccomend. The attached restaurant is also a great value add. If you need a break go grab some food! Fantastic pairing of many kinds of entertainment.
It is very expensive. The games are not worth the price. The drinks were $8 a piece. The prices would have been a little better, if the service was better. The bartender was rude. We sat for 5 minutes at an empty bar before we were served. She did not greet us or smile. It was a burden for her to wait on us. One of the worst margaritas ever. If we ever return it will not be in the near future.
So as the years go on, the prices get higher food portions get smaller. Im usually there at least twice a week bc of our leagues, but now you are nickled and dime for asking if you can get something instead of the item you dont want for ex. Provolone triangles they come with marinara sauce, and i dont like that, so I asked for ranch instead but only to get charged for it. At another visit All my son wanted was a cheese pizza so I ordered the pizza and it came with 1 topping but all I wanted was to use my topping for more cheese but only to get charged for extra cheese 14$ turned into 16$. Also, you have to flag the wait staff down (not all of them) to place an order or get a refill multiple times. You know when the owners aren't around, you can always guarantee to fill them hurtled around the bar, associating with each other instead of waiting on their tables.
We have a great time every time. Kids love it, get to go do their own thing and I get to hangout over with Lou mixen crazy drinks to give to the wife. Will go again and often as we can family of six.
We had a lot of fun with the family. We stayed in the arcade and did laser tag. So I can't comment on the escape rooms, which we do a lot of. The bowling alley looked very nice. The remodeling from the original Richland Lanes is amazing. The only part that bummed my 8 year old out was that the games he tried that were supposed to spit out tickets were not spitting out tickets. So we stuck to the virtual reality, laser tag, and the arcade games. We really did have a blast and next time we're in the area from Pittsburgh are looking forward to going again. Especially if you add bowling into the mix it is a great way to spend a day of family fun in one place.
Did the escape room, it was fun...but don't bring your small child (5yr old) because you will be charged full price ($18). The staff was also extremely unfriendly. Not sure we will be going back.
