Fast, courteous care!
I arrived around 8am in a lot of pain, needing urgent attention. The front desk was helpful and efficient with a no-nonsense checkin. The NP Bijal and nurses were so kind, caring, and quick to get me the help I needed in just minutes.
The waiting room and patient rooms were clean, comfortable, and organized, without feeling overly clinical.
I would recommend 777 to my friends with urgent care needs.
Terrible place to go and a waste of time. No one was in the front for a while to check someone in. You could hear them laughing in the back having a good time while my husband and I called for them several times. After quite a while of sitting there in extreme pain and calling a couple of other urgent cares around we decided to leave. I ended up yelling through the window until I finally got someone to come to the front. Of course we left but not without first getting their attention. I can see now why they have such low ratings.
Dr. April, has been magnificent. She truly knows what she is doing. I went to other urgent care’s and they just played Russian roulette with antibiotics, but April actually was kind enough to take the time to look at what’s wrong with me, doing her job the kindest and realest way possible. I’ve never met a doctor who has been so reassuring and will dive into a problem and to actually solve it with the right tools in front of her. She did her studies well, I can tell. Thank you for looking out for me, Dr. April.

A big shout out to Hailey at 777 Urgent Care. She answered my phone call immediately and with positive, responsive customer service. I have not been experiencing a lot of good customer service lately so Hailey's personality and demeanor was a breath of fresh air and a ray of sunshine. Her willingness and enthusiasm was much needed today while we looked for Sunday medical care for our elderly, Canadian visitor. Thanks, Hailey. You are the reason why we are patients of 777 Urgent Care.
entire staff is brainless except for a few. My partner came in with a very irritated eye and was told by provider that they THINK it’s just allergies. Sent my girlfriend back home and 2 days later, we’re back paying another copay because of their mistakes/misdiagnosis. Why choose to be in healthcare if you’re not going to CARE about the health of others?? Do not go here. They will take your money and continue to tell you everything is just ‘allergies’.
Dr. Patel had a great bedside manner and was informative. We were in and out within 40 minutes as a walk in.
I've been a frequent visitor to 777 Urgent Care over the past year and have always appreciated their efficient service and courteous staff. However, my latest visit was disappointing. April Yanez NP's attitude was exceptionally rude, and her lack of bedside manner left much to be desired. It's unfortunate that one negative experience overshadowed the positive ones, but it's enough to make it my last visit to this establishment.
I have been to 777 a few times, the providers have always been compassionate, kind, and caring. The medical assistant Kemi is always sweet and very welcoming!!
