Best WLM Reviews
Reviews are right about this stop not being a Pilot anymore. But it's an ok gas station, I've seen worse. Customer Service, the cashier wasn't the nicest but I didn't stop there to make friends. Stopped for gas, restroom break, snacks and that's good enough for me.
Young female worker had additude with my wife and I. Cook took an order from guy infont of me. Then made me go to rude girl to order. I think I wasn't dressed good enough. I know it wasn't because my wife and I are black .right?
You know the story. The old boomer who used to run the place wants to retire, and he hasn't maintained the property in years because of poor return on investment. So he sells it to somebody from India. The new foreign owner has no interest in upgrading the property, so he just installs the odor of curry, makes sure the bathrooms are nice and nasty, and calls it a day. Voila!
Great customer service. Clean restrooms. It’s different than other pilots, but I love that they offer Indian food and snacks. I didn’t get to eat because I came at 5:00 am, but I will definitely come back to try it.
This ONE 9 location is the worst.
I'm surprised PFJ is not canceling their contract with this location.
This is what I found when I wanted to clean my windshield at truck fueling island.
This was my last time stopping at this location.
Paid way too much for diesel but came here because they fill propane tanks. When I asked them to fill mine at 5.20pm they said they did not have a light to see and it was too dark. Note the picture of the bright light. FAIL
This place need a real cleaning
We went in to get a snack and I have posted pics for instance a 12 dollar bag of WalMart beef jerky is 60.00 dollars, that's right 60.00. I also work for coke and all of their drink shelves have no pricing which is illegal as the agreement to work with vendors is to utilize advertising and pricing to enhance sells for both companies. This has got to be the most crooked and very unfriendly place I have stopped at in all my years. Don't go unless you want the nastiest bathrooms and highest prices coupled with most unfriendly customer contact because it wasn't service.
