We came to 730 Tavern on a hot humid day to cool off, and were pleasantly surprised. It's a slightly upscale yet casual restaurant with plenty of televisions and lots of space (it's a lot bigger than it looks from the outside). My wife and I split a salad and a sandwich and were very happy with the portion size and price. I would absolutely recommend this place, especially if you're looking for a place to watch a sporting event.
We love this place and have started coming here somewhat regularly as we find ourselves in Central Square on Thursdays each week. But we ordered fish & chips this past visit and were sort of surprised to get one piece of fish for the $21 entree. Our server confirmed that was intended. We’ll be back but not ordering this item again.
We had a lovely lunch this past week and our waitress was excellent and attentive.
We read the reviews and ordered the special which was the chicken bowl, that was flavorful, wuth cilantro, and a very good size portion.
The only hurdle is having a conversation, with TVs everywhere very loud with various sports' events playing.
The food was great and our waitress exceptional.
There are tables just at the front of the restaurant that allows you to feel the nice breeze coming in.
Lots of selections on the menu, but after reading the reviews everyone suggested trying the specials.
We will be back, and this would be a fun place on a Thursday, Friday, or Saturday evening after work.

This place becomes a Minnesota Vikings bar for game day in Boston and that's why we went. Place was lively, good beer selection and some tasty food choices! Skol 730 Tavern!
Delicious food, I am not going to tell you a lie. Do yourself a favor and get baby back ribs, you won't regret it.
Also the mocktails are really good.
We have been there twice so far, I really like the place, it has a really nice atmosphere, everyone is nice. The portions are just perfect. The hamburgers and the fried pickles are amazing! The only thing I didn't like was the baked potato skins - it was more like a simple baked potato wedge with some cheese and meat on the top.
I love the 730 Tavern! I always order takeout from here & the order is always ready so quickly and is always correct, even for the large group orders. They have so many gluten free options too and label the items as an allergy when delivered. The dine-in experience is always perfect as well. Definitely recommend!
