Best WLM Reviews

Had a good stay. The bed was comfortable. The shower worked fine. There is no counter space in the bathroom, just a pedestal sink. Coming in and out of the room is a pain because there are double doors with curtains that don't easily move on the tracks. Great location and fair price. Great outdoor areas.
I've stayed here many times over the years. After a few years not traveling, I had the opportunity to enjoy a weekend vacation to PSP first weekend of October and visit the beautiful national park. The location works for me: walkable to Canyon, great food and hangouts; you can park your car there; no nonsense fees; and they do not nickel and dime you over stuff you don't need anyway. Mini fridge and microwave - if you like coffee with cream, pick up creamer on your way. Very convenient to airport if you have an early flight. This is not a full service upscale hotel. What you can expect is clean, friendly service with a midcentury PS motel vibe, a vending machine, two pools and a hot tub without crowds or attitude. The rooms with a cute kitchen suite are very comfortable if that's your thing. I personally work on my laptop and the wifi was fine. It's nice for families. Sometimes there are partiers but it was super quiet the last few times I was there, and really, I've stayed there when my daughter was younger and it is fine. If you are solo or with friends, you can walk to a lot of cool places. If you are on a business trip where you need to wear the thread-count suit to meetings, you may wish to find a more upscale place (they do have a clothes iron and ironing board in the rooms) - up to you and your requirements. I like the economy but can afford a fancier place - but why would I? 7 Springs is so chill. I love it!
Front office was friendly and helpful. They recommended local dining options and provided parking information. Carpet, console, couch, and coffee table were very worn and dated. Narrow stairs to second floor. Had a nice view of jacuzzi from our second room balcony.
Great hotel. Clean pools and hot tubs. We get the rooms with the kitchenette and it's like a home away from home. Rooms have always been nicely kept and some even feel updated. We will definitely be coming back.
I want to give this place a good review because for the price it was good. However my daughter and I had only 1 hr to spare at the pool and unfortunately they allow homeless people with weapons to hang around the pool and common areas. My daughter and I had to get escorted to our car due to feeling in danger. After weeks of playing phone tag w the manager, he let me know they had assumed I was scared of the biker group that was checking in (which was not the case at all, if anything I felt safe when they arrived) and he and the staff were kind of laughing it off. He then proceeded to argue w me about times, whether he himself walked right by us or not, that I should have called etc etc and that they checked cameras and nothing was out of the ordinary. As I kept describing the situation and that two homeless men w weapons approached my under age daughter to ask for WiFi twice and how those men kept apologizing to us after she told them to check in office. They also approached many staff there and no one kicked them out. As I’m asking the manager to check video and describing w detail he keeps saying they did but then admits they don’t video the pool area in the day time but only at night. So basically he lied and really he never could see the pool or what happened. They blew me off assuming I was complaining about the nice biker group. Again the place is fine for the price but sadly it’s not safe and the manager lied about being able to see what happened and that nothing was out of the ordinary. How sad. I would have continued staying there in future. They don’t even video the pool are in the day time so no reason for him to have lied or argue w me about what happened. Stay there at your own risk.
Booked through our corporate booker, Concur as I do all hotels. It was pre-paid with Amex direct. With this system we are only expected to provide a personal card for incidentals and I stay at dozens of hotels per year with no issue. The guy here was insistent that he needed our Amex card used for the booking and they refunded it and made me pay with my own card. I didn't have the energy to keep arguing with him, but he was wrong, he just don't know what he was talking about and it went against the terms of the booking they'd agreed to. The room sucked. Worst TV system I've ever seen, you had to flip through 90% channels they don't get to find the ones they do. The flimsy desk was so worn, it had tons of holes in the veneer and the particle board underneath had gotten wet and swollen up into big bumps which made it very hard to use a mouse. The toilet rocked around on the floor because the bolts holding it down had completely rusted through. The hot water ran out 2-3 minutes into my shower both days. The windows were single pane and it was on a busy street so it was very noisy. No automatic doors in the lobby so getting luggage in is a hassle.
The front desk didn’t inform us about the check out time when I checked in nor how to check out. On the last day of my stay, they just telephoned to tell us the check out time for the first time. Note that it was already past the check out time when they telephoned us. I tried to be understanding and said we will leave in 5-10min, which we did, but they just charge us a 50 dollars penalty anyway. This is obviously some kind of scam to deliberately not tell us the check out time and fish for late penalty. 0/10
Two stars because their hot water didn't work for the two nights we stayed. Of course, we expected hot water. The location is very good. Receptionists (females), night and day, are not very welcoming or friendly. Smile, people! We are on vacation!
