Visited 7 Monks Taproom around 9pm. The soup was great especially since it was chilly outside. I got the chicken sandwich with sweet potato fries and I really enjoyed the fries. The chicken was a little over done in the fryer. Overall a positive experience especially with the kitchen being late.
Wow! Great selection of beers (this is a tap room not a brewery). Service was great and we split a smash burger and fries. The fries are money and the burger was delicious. Can't wait to go back!
This place is amazing! In a world where things like service & food are starting to really lack, we arrived here on a Sunday night and had the best service & food! They were totally on point with everything!! Cool atmosphere, nice area downtown TC, friendly attentive service. I had the Grilled Cheese (taken up notches with what is on it and sooo flavorful!) and my husband had the Doner Kebab (sooo good & flavorful, too!). And they had the cutest glasses decorated with a monk! (my computer won't rotate my pic ugh) :) We will be back! Thank you for an amazing experience!

Best chicken sandwich I've ever had hands down!!!! Although I don't drink beer, the food here was delicious! Our waitress was really nice, personable and very informative. The atmosphere was mixed with both couples and kids (We visited here during the Cherry Festival) and on this particular day, we sat across from some very cranky and sleepy kids lol, but we still had a good time.
Great drink menu and good bar food. I got the friend chicken sandwich and my husband got the “spicy” Mac and cheese. My sandwich was great and the waffle sweet potato fries were awesome. The chicken on the Mac and cheese wasn’t spicy even though it was advertised as such, but Mac and cheese was very creamy and good. Our server Krista was great. Beware if you get a flight that it can be quite expensive - my flight was $22.50 for 4 samples and it is just 25% off each full price beer - definitely recommend 2 or 3 full pours instead of the flight. Will still be back.
Stopped in for dinner. No wait. Order food at bar. Everything was good all around! Staff was great and had short wait time for food.
11/10 would recommend! We just arrived from out of town and needed a quick early lunch/dinner and 7 monks did not disappoint! We had the restaurant to ourselves and the service and food were wonderful! Highly recommend getting the sweet potato fries - a unique twist on their seasoning. Pairs well with a local beer! Our favorite is Oberon. Will return this week!
