Your hours are messed up. I constantly get Uber/door dash orders early in the morning, around 5-5:15am, or late at night, around 11:30-11:45 only for the store to be closed despite what the hours are here. How were the hours verified 8 weeks ago (as of today) and y'all already not following that? Change your hours or follow the hours you have listed. It's misleading.
Sign said 2 chocolate milks for 3.50 ,egg salad sandwich 5.19 and Cigarettes were supposed to be 7+ per pack ,I got 2 .total 29.20 ? This happend at the 711 store in bloomfield too .It seem that each 711 make up what ever price their greedy hearts wants. There is no display on the register so you get your surprise at the end. Well I will no longer goto 711 I'm done . Quick check at least is more transparent with their trans action . My uncle used to own a 711 back in the 70s when it was an honorable store.
It’s incredibly rare that I review an establishment or go out of my way to leave a bad review ..but it’s important that 7 eleven knows what kind of employees it hires . As I can see by other reviews here ..most people are complaining about the same employee. The heavy set woman working afternoon of 12/11/2021 is as rude as can get . I have had multiple experiences with her but today took the cake.I try my best to stay courteous , but she is dismissive combative and not helpful. The last straw was my experience today in which she decided to take her time before starting my transaction doing other things she felt was more important , she then proceeded to leave my items(multiple of them) after the transaction on the table . I kindly asked for a bag , she rolled her eyes and literally threw the bag at me . I asked her to bag my items as she would do any other customer and decided to ask her what her issue is . I feared her issue could be with what I looked like, but as I can see by the other reviews ..she’s simply just a terrible person . My message to corporate or the owner of this franchise Be kind and at worst be neutral , you don’t know what anyone is going through . I got every emotional at her behavior because it’s been repetitive and disheartening and also uncalled for
The people who work here so so nice, it’s always clean inside, everything stocked, and they have those excellent coffee makers here with espresso
If I could give this place no stars I would.. I went to purchase a product that this morning the product had a price listed. Is the manager samira said no that's not the price I said well you have to honor she said no I don't. She always has a bad attitude. It seems every time I go in there she's sitting down and eating. I do not recommend this place at all they do not take pride they actually they don't care they are bad for the 711 image. I have an unvideo and I will be posting it
So I go to make a purchase and my debit card says declined twice according to the woman who is the manager, so I pay with my credit card which goes through. Just to make sure, I check my bank account and it shows two debits in the amount of the transaction in addition to the credit purchase. Woman gets angry with me and says impossible, our machine never makes mistakes, so I proceed to show her my account and she belligerently says the minus sign means no payment was made. I call the bank in front of her and her and her son or whatever he is are shaking their heads so I put her on the phone with the bank. Bank associate tells her she was paid 3 times, yet she hands me the phone back saying the bank rep told her I was only charged once, lmao. Bank rep told me she noted in the account the manager changed every word she was told for her own benefit. Never have I dealt with such self serving idiots in my life, spread the word, that's my motto. Bank will reimburse me, just the audacity of the large hairy woman and the attitude she gave me will not be tolerated, especially when she was wrong and was told so by the bank. So instead of her just refunding on the spot, I wait a week for 40 dollars from the bank when the rep said all she had to do at the store was do 2 reverse transactions.
Very nice people. The two boys are so funny. The woman is super nice. Really nice customer service. Makes you want to come back again. The service is really quick and fast too and the store is nice and clean I can find anything I need to buy
