Stopped Saturday night after a football game. Needed a coffee and had to use the restroom. The restroom door would not lock, so my husband stood there. Nasty bathroom. Couldn't touch anything. Went to get coffee and no coffee. I got a vanilla latte. Ended up throwing in the trash as I walked out the door. Nasty tasting! I will never go back to this store. This store used to be nice. Not anymore.
Hyper-inflated prices on nearly everything. I’ve been going here for 1 year but I’ve had enough. They wanted $17 for a 2 gallon styrofoam cooler. Laugh out loud….
Says open 24/7, but not a single car around, both doors are locked, all the lights are on, and if there is someone here there isn't a sign on the door saying they will be back soon or anything. What's the point of being open "24/7" if you aren't actually open 24/7.
I said as it is new maybe this is the difference, well no, like most of the 7eleven, THEY DO NOT HAVE BATHROOM for customers! So, I shouldn't open
Black girl at the counter on 3/18/23 around noon was very pleasant. So was the young white guy who was there when I walked in but by the time I finished browsing she was the one who checked me out and you could tell she was happy to be there. C-stores/retail are often the primary way we interact with each other anymore so it’s nice to be greeted with a genuine smile. She made sure to check for correct pricing on one of my items without being asked (I saw many reviews about incorrect pricing so it’s worth a mention). Store was clean also despite being pretty busy this time of day.
Not a bad store. Could be a little more friendly but most of the workers are fantastic
If I could I’d give a negative -100 stars,. I went to this place for literally a medium coffee and a pack of cigarettes and got charged almost $25. My cigarettes are not $20 and my coffee was only a dollar so be careful merchants, while purchasing from this location using any type of cards Credit/debit very bad business
I just experienced the worst customer service in my life!!! The female cashier, wearing a hoodie with long green fingernails, is extremely extremely rude. I can only describe her because she refused to give me he name. She not only cursed at me, she repeatedly told me to “ go talk to my momma “. As someone who works in the customer service industry, I’m certain that was inappropriate. She stated she’s 41, as if I were a child, and then proceeded to tell me to go to another register, refusing to ring me out. This entire ordeal merely started because I asked her the cost of an item. The item was not labeled or listed on the end cap. Perhaps because I interrupted her play time on her cellphone, she was bothered. In her words, “threw” her asking her the price, which she replied “2 something” versus scanning the item for accuracy. So when I asked her to check the price for me, that was it. I more than likely, won’t shop here anymore. I refuse to spend my and be treated so poorly. 7-Eleven as a company and local store, please address this matter. Customer service, like what I experienced tonight, truly reflects poorly on the brand.
