We drove almost 3 hours to this place for a birthday party and it was very worth it! My son had an amazing time. The lifeguards at the water park did an amazing job and kept everyone safe. All the staff were friendly and the place was very clean!
Concert was great!, but rooms were not that nice for a casino/hotel. We noticed water stains on the carpet. Sheets were very thin and didn't fit tight on the bed. Furniture was showing a lot of wear. We were disappointed that the casino had advertised no smoking areas, but that wasn't the case.
Stayed 4 days, absolutely no maid service at all. Even with provided "service room sign" hanging continuously on door for 48 hrs. Straight. Had to go to front desk for towels and make my own bed. 4 days of trash piled up. The water park is nice but only open thurs-sun and only a few hrs. Per day. The casino was nice. Ran about 5k through slots and leaving 5 bills ahead. Up 10% Pretty sure I will not come back though.
I was not happy with our room you pay to have a clean room my room was disgusting Kleenex on the side of the bed not picked up when the room was cleaned, sheets and bedspread were dirty the towel for getting out of the shower dirty and wash cloths used left in shower. You pay for a nice clean room and you get one that is disgusting. I should get a refund because I will never stay there again.
Stayed Friday, November 15, 2024 for a concert. Came home with Bedbug bites all over. Had to go to the doctor and get three different medication‘s because it’s miserable. No one will call me back. No one will talk to me about it. It is disgusting. It’s room 1117.
Was a great experience getting to see hair bands from my early years growing up! First council had the layout of seating ???? good prices. Will be back!
Bought a “VIP1” package to the Tesla concert last night. The “VIP1” package included the ticket which was 7 rows from the back. The person behind me said that they paid 35$ for their ticket. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING VIP ABOUT THEIR VIP PACKAGES AND I WILL NEVER BE BACK TO THIS PLACE EVER!
Went for a concert last weekend. The concert was fun except for the guy that was doing the lights during the show. He about blinded the crowd several times. Other than that it was great. Our hotel room was dirty. Stayed in room 241. The room appeared neat but taking a closer look, there was hair in the bathroom sink and the tub/ shower. The sink counter looked like it had not been completely wiped down. The vent cover in the bathroom was filthy and did not appear to be working since the bathroom steamed up pretty bad after showering. There was no laundry bag in the closet for your dirty clothes and there was only 2 drinking cups provided. Also found some stains on one of the bedspreads that looked like old blood. Made me wonder if the bedding had been changed from previous occupants.
