I truly enjoyed the casino. Lots of slots to choose from. The hotel was... to be kind, dated. The furniture was worn. I will say it was clean, but it just wasn't up to certain standards. For instance, there was only 1 coffee condiment container for the 2 coffee cups, only 1 small towel rack (we were there 2 days). No fridge or microwave, The curtains hadn't been cleaned in a minute. No housekeeping service. It could be a great stay if a little bit of attention was given.
The ladies on the evening to breakfast time shift were absolutely wonderful. 2 of which went far above and beyond and they are greatly appreciated for their kindness and their far surpassed standard hospitality.
Saw a concert, about 1,000 people, folding chairs with some cushioning. We brought cushions from home to make it more comfortable. We sat in the last row. It was loud, there are monitors to watch. The seats are all on the same level floor, there's no tilt so those in the back can see better. For the price, $40 with fees, pretty good. It's very casual.
Hotel is ok. Room heater is noisy. Breakfast is included and decent. The event venue is ok EXCEPT that the first four rows are reserved for vip and tribal members. Out tickets showed first row by were actually the fifth and behind a gate! That’s really misleading when laying a premium price. Jefferson Starship were excellent!
Can't ever get an answer at the hotel, have tried to stay numerous times over the past year. Seemingly, the hotel is not in business. They don't answer phone calls, no one at the lobby working. It's a ghost hotel.
The casino is cool though, won a couple bucks there a few times, and the food and drinks are pretty good. They have some decent national bands at the event center, which is cool.
Went for a day swim. $25. per person plus $10 to rent a locker - not worth the cost!
Overall, I would say the day was BORING! Everything was geared for kids. How many times can a person float around in a circle on the lazy river?
Need more things for adults...hated the water slides, felt a seizure coming on with the flashing lights in one tube.
Won't be going back.
Did not stay in hotel. Just came to play. Lots of machines! And lots of them were dirty. Not real bad but ashes & drink cups left behind. Bathroom was clean. I even won a little!!
Nice smaller casino/hotel. Kids loved the indoor water park. Things for all ages. The arcade was a little small but we had a good time.
