We visiting this location over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. The staff members were very friendly and helpful. Even helped make us a drink that was not on the menu. While we were waiting he gave us some information on the company and that this location was their fourth to be opened. He seemed to care about the work he was providing. We had three drinks that all met our expectations.
The iced blondie with an extra shot of espresso is my go-to. The drink is perfectly balanced in temperature and sweetness. This is the only coffee shop where I finish my entire drink every time—so refreshing! The line is usually long but goes pretty quick.
We’ve been coming to 7Brew for quite awhile and have always been satisfied, that is until today. Most generally we get the hot blondies..One regular and one sugar free. Today’s blondies were both cold a flat! We’ll try again next week and see if this was just an off day.
This location really struggles with making coffees taste good. Every visit I am disappointed because my coffee taste awful. As someone who gets coffee every morning from multiple 7brews across NWA this one is always a fail. The only reason I have continued to visit this specific location is due to its proximity to my house. No more! I’ll drive across town!
The store in Centerton needs to retrain their staff. 7 Brew's "secret sauce" is super friendly staff who focus on friendly, upbeat conversations with their customers. The last two times I was in the Centerton store, the young staff was disengaged. Instead of being " a party" it was a just another fast food drive in experience. The kids need to be retrained and better supervised to step up their game.
This has become my favorite coffee place. I'd give 5 stars if they didn't require their staff to have forced conversations with every customer. It's weird and a bit off-putting after the first few visits.
Always fast and friendly service. We were 10 cars back today, in a double stack of lines, and got our coffee within 5 minutes.
Way overpriced ten dollars for any cup nearly. Also live down the way they suck at picking music at 5 in the morning and play it way to loud. Wish they would stop torturing everyone on the block in the morning.
