Was looking for a burger and found this place. It reminded me of the kind of local hangout. I liked the atmosphere. Our service was very good and our burgers were fantastic. There were 4 of us and we each ordered a different burger. I ordered a Dirty South burger and loved it. Everyone loved their burger. We enjoyed cold beers on tap. I didn’t think their fries were that special. I would suggest they make their fries differently and then they would have no competition. Let me say I would still drive 50 miles just for the burger. I highly recommend.
What a hidden gem at least for me. On our way back from Clemmons we found this place and boy are we glad we did. Super friendly staff and amazing burgers. The onion straws and fried pickles were spot on as well. I highly recommend the Jalapeno popper burger and my song enjoyed his smash burger. Can't wait to stop in again.
The burger are decent, definitely had better. We've had a lot worse. The Rosemary garlic fries are really good. They missed the boat with the onion rings, It's a bar, Why not have beer battered onion rings? The onion rings tasted like they needed seasoning, Just tasted like onions battered in plain flour. The red head waitress was super nice and was the best part of the meal.

The name says it all. Great burgers! Awesome brews. Alice my waitress/bartender is the best. Come see her and experience some of the best food round Mocksville
First time here, just happened to find under a Google search and wasn't disappointed. Just about 2 to 3 minutes off I-40 in Mocksville, this establishment is seated right along the roadway with ample parking. Despite being busy, we were seated quickly and our server was fantastic (Alice).
We got the Bavarian pretzel as an appetizer with pimento cheese dip. Both tasted great, especially the pretzel. My only gripe would be that the pretzel was a little heavy on the salt.
Main courses were the Bang-Bang chicken sandwich, which she ordered breaded. I ordered "the big dill" which was about a 1/3 pound beef patty with dill topped with cheese, fried pickle slices and ranch. Also she got the fries and I the onions straws. All of the food was fresh, hot and delicious. My burger was cooked a nice med rare to medium and juicy. Her sandwich was big and looked amazing, tasting just as amazing. Our only complaint would be the fries. While fresh cut, they would have been perfect maybe with a season salt or some malt vinegar would have complimented them perfectly.
Overall we did enjoy our meal, the service and the prices are decent for what you get. Will definitely recommend to friends and return again.
My husband and I were passing through and were looking for a good burger, some wings and a beer for him. This little place DID NOT disappoint! Cindy, our waitress was amazing, the wings and burger were cooked perfectly. We will definitely be back! Thank you ????
We have been going there for a long time. Usually every thing is great but not tonight. After ordering beer it took us asking about them to finally get it. The waitress wanted to take our order before the beer was brought to us. When we ordered our food two of the three orders were right. When the order was sent back it took a long time to get it. Instead of making it a priority it was put in with new orders. So two of us had started eating by the time the corrected order came we were done eating. Very disappointed I won't go back again.
