Best WLM Reviews
I’ve visited this salon for blowouts a few times when my usual salon couldn’t accommodate my schedule, and every experience has been great. My most recent visit was worth writing a review of. I had an appointment for 11 AM on Sunday but called the day before to move it to 10 AM, which was accommodated with no problem.
From the moment I arrived, Sabrina made me feel extremely welcome & comfortable. She was incredibly attentive, assisting with my jacket, checking in on my comfort, and ensuring the conversation flowed naturally. Initially, there was some miscommunication about how I wanted my blowout to look, but Sabrina’s professionalism and kindness gave me the confidence to express my concerns, which I typically wouldn’t do. She listened carefully, adjusted the style, and reassured me throughout the process. I felt like she truly wanted to understand my hair goals.
By the end, I loved my hair. Sabrina’s talent, warmth, and professionalism have made me excited to book with her again and watch her journey as a new stylist. Highly recommend!
Victoria always takes excellent care of me. She goes the extra 10 miles to make sure my color is perfect and she ensures that my hair is healthy. I adore Victoria - I love her personality and always look forward to seeing her. She is truly dedicated to her clients and cares about us!
I've been going to Danielle for a few years now, so I suppose this review is a bit late!! She did my hair for my wedding and my gosh, she made me and my girls look amazing. Even after a trial, I had no idea what I was doing with my hair the morning of, and she just calmly walked me through her recommendations. It came out better than I could have expected. We had so much fun, and she was just the kind of personality I needed in the room that morning.
I've been a bit of a hair dresser hopper in the past but I really love Danielle. She knows what she's doing, she confident and professional and loves to have fun. She knows exactly what I'm asking for, and very open to feedback. Love her!!
This is THE BEST salon I have ever been to and I’ve been to a lot! Alexis is a highly talented stylist/colorist. She really listens and makes me feel like a model when I leave. ????♀️She is amazing and oh so sweet! Highly recommend this salon. It’s beautiful, clean and honestly, reasonably priced!
Excellent hair and makeup appointments! Andrea was conversational and styled my hair exactly how I wanted. Juliana was sweet and paid extra attention to detail with my makeup. Also, thank you so much for accommodating my hair appointment with less than two days notice! ????
Love Kassi! She always ensures I get exactly the cut and color I ask for. She’s so sweet and dedicated to her craft. Wouldn’t trust my hair in the hands of anyone else.
Jennie P is absolutely amazing , she always gives her ????. She revived my damaged hair from previous colors ( previous salons ) . She gave me the perfect highlight/low lights to go with my skin tone ( Indian ) . And does awesome extentions. Would highly recommend her ! Love the salon and her !
I would give it 0 stars if I could. I have been to many salons, and each one I go they achieves the color I want. But when I came to Albano, he didn’t give me the color I wanted. Instead, he damaged my hair, leaving it with three different colors, as you can see in the picture. If this was beyond your ability, you should have told me that you couldn’t do it. I am very disappointed in the service.
They charged me for my hair before I could even see it.
