I love this nail salon! No matter who does my nails, they always come out looking perfect. I’ve done acrylic & gel x here, they always do a great job. I never have to wait long & they have a great selection of colors! Tracy & Rose did my nails today and they were both so sweet and have great attention to detail.
This was my 1st time here, and I will be returning. It was clean, the staff was very nice, I received a complimentary gift (which I have never received at any other nail salon and the prices were reasonable.
Don did my nails, I showed him a picture, and he nailed it!! I love my nails, I can't wait to come back!!
I absolutely love this nail shop and truly wish I had discovered it sooner! The customer service is outstanding. Normally, there’s only one nail tech I trust, but at this salon, I feel confident with everyone. I’ve had the pleasure of being serviced by Tracy, Jackie, and Ni, and they all do a fantastic job! It’s so refreshing not having to watch their every move, knowing they’re skilled and know what they are doing. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for top-notch service. 10/10!
I’ve been to this place multiple times and have never had any complaints. Staff is usually very nice and know what they’re doing. Not today. My nails weren’t even filed correctly. Edges are still sharp. French polish is a job that requires good detail which wasn’t in my case.
When I told my nail tech to fix the issue- all she did was file it a little in the end and gave a bad look as if I’m complaining for no reason. It’s not pleasant to stop them in between their work or after as they’re supposed to know better. I get this once a month, they’re doing 10 sets a day. It looks crusty and not even close to what I asked for. My nails don’t match in shape/length, they look stubby and definitely not good. I expect the techs to know what they’re doing, especially when paying $60 for a set + tip.
Not worth it. Never going back.
Found my new favorite nail place! Went in with an idea of burgundy and picked the closest I could find, Rose comes back with a color she felt was better for my skin tone and boy was she right! It was exactly what I wanted and looked so good! Rose was great and I will definitely be back
I love Tracy, Jacky and John. They take great care of me and my sister for the past year now! I busted a nail within a week of my new set months ago ???? and Tracy fixed it right away in between her busy schedule. After 2-3 weeks, my nails are still going strong! I've been able to grow out my natural nails and get amazing colors and designs. My new obsession is chrome nails. Very chill atmosphere, great music, and entertaining food and funny videos play on their TVs.
Let me just say if I could give negative stars I would. I have a very strict rule that I will visit a place 3 times before writing a review. Seems fair to to me. First service was a acrylic fill in. When I left the salon my nails were still wet, the technician said that I didn't need to cure them.... news to me. They lasted about a day. Went back three times to get them fixed before I just told the manager to give me my money back, that was the first time I met Quinn the regular manager. A few months later my boyfriend wanted to get a pedicure, I decided since they had their hard opening maybe they managed to get things together. We had a great time! It was not perfect but it was much better than my first experience, you could tell that the manager remembered me, felt apologetic and did his best to make it up. show and prove. 5 pedicures later the guy today ground down my nails so much that they are paper thin now, I was getting a sns dip. When my Bf saw that I was in pain he kindly asked the technician if he could be more gentle to which he replied NO! So then I replied, ok then we are done here. I made it known that he was hurting me and doing nothing to fix it, once again the manager steps in. He got a female technician to come finish my nail and again not perfect or even what I wanted but it got done. We paid, got a discount because the manager saw the damage done to my nails and left. Fast forward to today, my bf and I went in for a pedicure because they've proven that's all they're capable of. Again idiotically, I looked at my nails and decided i'll give it one more shot, I had a simple design, so I figured a monkey could do it, it should be fine. I should really listen to my gut more often and not give out chances like I do. I had an ingrown toe nail to which the guy that was doing my pedicure had to get some help with, no biggie. Until she decides shes a doctor and does a whole damn surgery on my toe. She cut entirely too much, it hurt like hell, bled on two toes and then she tells me to put it back in the nasty water that was being drained.... I'm no doctor, but I am a vet tech and I also have a small amount of common sense, that looked like an infection waiting to happen. After that was done, he did the hot stones and wrapped my feet in parafin, also I was skeptical about that. When there is blood there is antibacterial ointment/powder/liquid that you use before exposing an open wound to any bacteria, or fragrance.
Now my nails, When the woman started with my nails I caught a bad vibe to begin with, may it was because it was monday, maybe I smelled bad, I gave her a simple design and even brought up a 2 minute tutorial on how to do the design so it would be easier for her. She couldn't do it. She tried 4 times and failed, to which she gracefully bowed to her "manager on duty" not the same manager I am use to. At this point, I was freezing because the pedicure guy forgot there was wet towels on my legs, I was in pain because I had two bloody toes, and I was upset because these people claimed it would be sooooo easy before I sat down, but when the rubber met the road, it didn't happen like that. I am fine with people telling me they cant do something, just don't lie to get my money. So at this point, my toes weren't even painted, my nails weren't done, but I was. They wanted to charge us $235 and threatened calling the cops. The manager followed me outside to take pictures of my car and myself, even though it is illegal to record or photograph anyone without their consent. Ended up calling the real manager and paying $153. None of these people are licensed and I will be reporting them.
Go see Don. He's the literal best.
