I’m not often surprised by a restaurant but this was one of the times. Originally l had no plans of dining here but we were nearby and decided to give it a try.
5Church did an outstanding job in the details of atmosphere. They start at the entrance with a large LOVE sign - which makes for a great photo opportunity.
Host was very friendly and sat us quickly in the patio. Server was great. Well versed on the menu and very attentive.
The restaurant decor is very well thought out and welcoming. Heard other guest say what we said when we walked in “oh wow”.
Food was fresh and we enjoyed what was ordered.
I would recommend visiting 5Church if you’re in the area.
The place is pretty unique, both inside and outside in the patio area. I could visit their patio and have my morning coffee every single day. It is so charming, almost feels like a magical garden. The interior is full of local art, which is quite appealing and creative, even in the restroom. Kudos to the restaurant for supporting local artists! Staff is super nice and friendly and their menu and fare are pretty good too.
The atmosphere, food and service were all phenomenal. The feel and decoration of the patio is just beautiful. We had the sushi tots, which are outstanding and the lamb burger. The lamb burger was a litte over done, but the flavor was on point. Would highly recommend.
I came here for dinner tonight with my husband and I cannot say enough good things about our experience. I made a reservation for the sunroom, and our table wasn’t ready until about 10 minutes after our reservation time, so once we were seated our server brought out complementary champagne to apologize for the additional wait time. We were so impressed, that level of customer service is unmatched and we felt so valued. I ordered the “Sun tzu” cocktail, it is a light, refreshing drink and if you like gin I highly recommend it! We got a few starters - sushi tots, beef tartare, and short rib bone marrow. All three were incredible but our favorite was the sushi tots! I ordered the crab cakes for my entree, and my husband ordered the cacio e pepe, and both were delicious! The crab cakes had a perfect crust but the inside stayed moist and decadent. The cacio e pepe was also incredible, with burrata and truffle topping the dish, all of the flavors complemented one another perfectly and the pasta was cooked just right! My husband and I had such an incredible experience here, this is one of the best meals and best overall dining experiences we’ve had in Atlanta.
Celebrated my baby cousin's 26th birthday. We all had a great experience. The restaurant is beautifully decorated. Aiyana was our beautiful server and was well-attentive and took great care of us. I ordered the steak and eggs, which was pretty good. The steak could have used a bit more seasoning, but besides that, my meal was good. My uncle's Belgian waffle came out cold. So he had to send it back to get a fresher one. The second waffle came out better. Would I return to 5Church?? Yes, I would.
Tamia was an excellent server, and the others on the team were top-notch! The food was great! I enjoyed the quiche Lorraine, the blackberry mint mocktail, spoonbread (which is firm like cornbread), and the baked oysters. The oysters are a little peppery/have a slight kick, so know that in advance.
Great restaurant. The atmosphere is very nice and our waiter had a wonderful personality. I tasted quite a few dishes from the menu and everything was delicious. I recommend the Miso Glaze Mahi Mahi.
My entire experience with 5Church was absolutely amazing. I celebrated my birthday on July 26th at the Buckhead Location and let me tell you!! They didn’t miss a beat!! I started looking for a venue to host my dinner party a few months prior to my birthday and I stumbled across this dazzlingly elegant venue. I worked with Parker the Events Manager, she is simply Amazing!!!!!!!! She was extremely responsive, attentive, organized and detail oriented. Parker made sure my evening carried out the way I wanted it to. She did not leave one email or call unanswered. She even took notes during all of our encounters! Parker stayed in contact with me before, during and even after my party. Everyone on the events team were fantastic! They took my floral arrangements to another level of elegance. The room was so beautiful!! It took my breath away when I entered the room. The food, service and atmosphere was 5star excellent. My guests and I thoroughly enjoyed the evening! Thank you for putting such a beautiful night together for me! Everything was above my expectations!
