Best WLM Reviews

I honestly do not get the hype of this place. It used to be great. But we stopped in on our drive home from Leavenworth.
Paid an arm and a leg for something that was not at all worth the price.
The food is nothing to write home about. It’s honestly something I could make better at home.
The one thing I will give them credit for it their milkshakes.
Don’t know it it was on off day or what but a family went to sit down at the table next to us and it hadn't been bussed yet. The waitress came over and rudely stated “you know there are tables open in the back” as she was wiping it down.
Part of my meal was forgotten, let them know as soon as I could find someone and I didn’t even get it till everyone was done eating. So I just took it to go.
Much improvement needed if it’s going to be as good as it once was. Including food because this isn’t something that should have been on Diners & Dives.
Cool place to stopover and have some delicious comfort food. Everything is like 4/5 … the staff is friendly but they can get overwhelmed easily so you have to be patient with them and sometimes remind them what you are waiting for. No issues with the food quality.
Also the interior and exterior is awesome.
This place has the best burgers! such a cool atmosphere and friendly staff! they’re milkshakes are fantastic (they keep track of how many the make yearly, almost 60,000) and a cool thing is that they give out free milkshakes to any Firefighters. The only reason i didn’t give the service a 5 is that you have to go to the counter to order yourself but Flo the cashier was super nice! Must try!
Good food, obviously GREAT cheese sticks! Fun atmosphere kinda small portions though, and red onion on my chicken burger would have been a better choice than thick cut white. Small handful of fries, they were good! Would have liked a bit more for the price and the chicken was half the size of the bun! Overall if I stop here again I will do as Guy suggest, but i will only be getting the cheese sticks unless portions match prices. Fresh food though is appreciated and it was fresh and it was good, dont get me wrong!!!... and they were nice at the counter!
NOT a ‘tourist trap’ on the way to Leavenworth. The menu is standard diner fare but the ingredients and preparation is well above average. We were surprised by how much we actually liked the food. The atmosphere is spot on too.
If you want a great burger, delicious milkshake, and a good time, then this is a fantastic place to start. It was just a short way from Leavenworth, and a perfect stop for my hungry kids. All the burgers were delicious and hot, the milkshake we had was a marshmallow and perfect. The kids had fries and enjoyed them. It had a jukebox going and a great vibe all around.
Place is cute, food was ok and service not even mediocre. The only thing the server did was bring coffee…once. No refills, no water. When asked for water she told me to go get at counter but other servers (small place with 6 servers!) were bringing coffee to their customers
The food is average at best. I ordered a hamburger but it was burnt, which made it taste really bad. I was extremely hungry so I just ate it without saying anything. The French fries were just ok, frozen out of a bag. We did enjoy the onion rings. One of us ordered a crispy chicken sandwich which was just two chicken tenders and not a breast, making it a little difficult to eat. I spent about $60.00 for two people but that did include buying a Firefighter milkshake which is a donated item, along with an extra order of onion rings for the road and tipping. The service was friendly. Personally, for the prices, I expected less prepackaged frozen foods and certainly a burger that wasn't burnt. Not a horrible experience but not really good either.
