Worst buffet, I went to. Spent $99 here the food was dry, cold and nasty and when I talked to the restaurant owner he didn’t listen to anything I had to say and walked away and laughed. When they bought the mac & cheese out, it had shredded cheese on top of it and liquid cheese The lo mein has a aftertaste couldn’t even finish the plate
I love the fact that Richland has a buffet. Overall, the food is ok. There is a good variety of food and the price isn't terrible. The food has good flavor. The sushi is decent. My daughter loves it anyway. They do have a raw bar where you can pick out your food and they will cook it for you. I do go here to eat a few times a month because my daughter loves it. What i noticed lately is it's a ghost town. Not many people here anytime I go. Two things that bother me. They have crab legs for dinner but only put a very small amount out at a time and only every so often. You're lucky if you even get any. Either the place has a few people in it and they attack the buffet when they actually bring some out or if your the only person in the whole restaurant they bring 3 clusters out an hour. Secondly, not sure why they brought those ridiculous gaming machines in there but the loud, obnoxious casino playing music they produce is annoying. I get it, they may help bring in extra money but turn down the sound because trying to eat and listen to that noise the whole time is very annoying. Im sure there are others who feel the same way. Overall, not a bad place to eat if you don't intend on going for the crab legs or mind the machine noise. Hopefully it stays open since buffets are getting to be a thing of the past.
Food is either a hit or miss, but it's insanely good when it's a hit. Addicted to their green beans lol Service is perfect and efficient. Atmosphere is always nice, with music and clean tables always available.
Good Chinese buffet with a little something for everyone. Offers a WIDE variety of typical Asian food + sushi + hibachi + limited but ample selection of traditional American food (pizza + fried chicken, mashed potatoes, corn and gravy) + desserts (bite sized pastries & 8 kinds of icecream) + a LIMITED salad bar. The steamed crab legs were a definite PLUS, as were the crawfish that you don't normally see in most restaurants, let alone an all-you-can-eat buffet. The dining area was SPACIOUS and clean, as were the restrooms. Conveniently located with ample parking and easy handicapped accessibility. The friendly and attentive staff were appreciated.
The cashier/hostess was very unfriendly. I asked her for a butter knife and she told me “no”! …What?
When I paid the check, I got no thank you, not even a smile. Very cold. On top of that, the bill was over $40 for two people for a lunch buffet? The food was ok, but that was too high. The place had about 10 customers in it on a Sunday afternoon. Now I know why. We won’t be coming back.
Usually enjoy going here, but last evening’s visit changed that! Food was not great, cooked fish was definitely not cooked well, smelled like rotting fish and gave me food poisoning. On top of that, the atmosphere was very unwelcoming! We had someone standing over our table the entire evening, and this particular waitress was extremely rude! Brought our bill to the table before we were even done and demanded us to pay right then and there! Felt like we were eating in a prison cafeteria ????????♀️ will definitely not be back for awhile!
The food is always the same as the typical Chinese buffet restaurant. This is more like a fun thing to do with friends and just pick the food you wanna eat there. Their meat is always disgusting. No real crab meat. At least the fish is okay. I don't think it was worth $20 for lunch.
The food was way overcooked the taste was horrible I didn't even eat my food the waitress knew I didn't eat I told her I didn't want it it wasn't very good and they made a huge issue about it and treated me like I just didn't want to pay for my plate very frustrating I'll never for any reason ever go back horrible experience
