Stopped by last night and waited 30 minutes. I ordered 8 pc mixed and small gizzard. I know they had to have dropped this chicken again it was so damn hard and the grease is beyond dirty. It had the worse taste of burnt and dirty grease I ever tasted. $25 and my pit bulls wouldn’t eat it.
Somebody need to call the better business bureau on them. I ordered 30 mins ago my gizzards and wings are old and black. This is not edible at all I will not recommend them on a drunk night. Then they let the phone ring. Dont answer just do your food any kind of way.
I waited 42 minutes and paid $21.50 for a small portion of soggy fish and 9 half cooked fries. My daughter had 5 wings that were burned and fried in dirty burned grease. You can taste the burn. This place is not right . I’ll never patronize again!!
This food is terrible , I couldn’t even finish it at all! All of my chicken looks like old chicken and the catfish taste so fishy. Smh please do better
First off, I am connoisseur of food and know what actually tastes good. Moreover, I ordered 6 wings, small gizzards, and received a quarter chicken free. When I tell you this was by far absolutely the worst chicken I’ve ever had from Harold’s. And I’ve pretty bad orders in the past at other locations throughout the city. I’ll go on to say the food was fried in old grease, and the only thing you could taste was grease. The entire order was overcooked including old greasy and burned fries that were obviously left sitting and dropped in the grease again. The food was so bad that I was highly offended that they managed to serve such a thing. For some reason, when I had walked in and seen the staff including older guy in the kitchen. I knew something would be off with the order. The place is old and didn’t really have an inviting smell. So that was a sign right there. And also, angry sista as to be expected exhibited no basic customer service experience and acted as though she didn’t want to be there. This place needs investigation into its food concerns and I don’t understand how they are still able to operate with such disgusting food. I never right google reviews but the food was so bad I had to come and tell someone. I’m NOT even complaining about the bad customer service either. People believe the other reviews, as I have given them a try regardless. The reviews are highly accurate believe it or not. The worst Harold’s that doesn’t even taste like Harold’s in the city.
14 hour day on my feet and I ended up at this Harold’s. Melody and Netta made me feel so warm and welcomed with their hospitality. That’s what a lot of ppl don’t take into consideration when ppl are coming into their establishments, the day the customer may have had. Because they didn’t know the type of day I had and was genuinely personable and extremely polite my experience here was heart warming. Food was fresh to order and it was good to my soul. I got four wings and fries. Thanks ladies. From your geared up Bears fan with the unmatching scarf ????????
So I ordered chicken from here off uber eats and my chicken was terrible it was under cooked and my fries were old as hell greasy and hard and they tried to cover it up with mild sauce. Why would you serve people food like this? I would never ever order from here again on Uber Eats nor in store.
My little sister and her friends came here and all got 6 piece wings meals . They all are sick
And throwing up ! They all complained that the food tasted old and had the taste of old burnt grease . Do Not eat here ! Disgusting ! I’m calling the health department! They gave them food poisoning!
