The service was not bad but not the best. The waiter was walking around a little sluggish. We waited for straws and any extras. Drinks were not refilled promptly. The restaurant wasn't too busy. The food was very good.
Dined here last night with my family and really enjoyed the food! Service was some of the best I have had as our waiter was attentive to everything. Never had to ask for a drink refill and the food was delivered promptly and hot!
The tater kegs were outstanding and highly addictive! My kids loved them! The Carnegie style Ruben was delicious and the carrot cake was moist and flavorful!
Same as the others. The food seems different at this location. We had a great server who was very attentive. The crowd seemed..."off".
Food was good, came quickly, big portions! Only note I would give is making sure patrons know where to park to avoid towing. We were confused and just chose to move our cars to be safe. Our server was so awesome! Great service and conversation as well as patient with us. My friend ordered a drink and all....all the flavors were strong and present.
Visited this location on a Friday approx 3:30 PM, so it was not crowded. Our server was freaking awesome. We hit a weekday happy hour so some items on the menu were appetizer/snacks were cheaper. We had to get our entrees to go because we did not know the nachos would fill up 3 adults. Food is at a 4 because we did not receive an item in one of our orders, but the flavors were just fine.
Seriously loved everything we’ve had here! We’ve only ever had take out/delivery. That’s how good it is! Everything is always delivered hot. Fresh food. Great flavor ????????
Took my parents to try the great food 54th Street is known for, but the service messed with the experience. We were greeted after a while, but due to time, we let the waitress know we were limited with time, so we ordered right away. After 20 minutes and the waitress ignoring us calling her, she finally came and we asked her about our Gringo Dip appetizer (usually comes out quick). She then realized that she never put in any of our orders and offered to change our meals (chicken fried chicken) to soup and salad because that was faster. We were able to move our appointments to later and waited for our original orders. Thank goodness the food was VERY delicious and well made! Not sure about returning to this location, though.
This place always has good food and good service! If they don't, express it and they will do what they can to make you happy.
We particularly like the ribs! The baked beans as a side are really good! A little spicy but so delicious. Havana club is my favorite! We didn't have alcoholic drinks on this visit but man, all of the drinks on the menu are the bomb!
