Update:
A very awkward, uncomfortable entry into the restaurant this evening. Blank stares, almost glares from two of the three greeting girls behind the front entrance area.
I for some reason already didn’t feel welcomed right away just by entering the restaurant.
We asked for a booth and it felt like we caught them off guard.
One of the front desk girls disappeared and then the manager came back with her and talked with her at the front area.
He then came by our table with a bit of a sternness and asked if everything was okay.
It was at that point because we were beyond the girls at the front who give “selective” greetings to whoever they deem they want to greet instead of greeting everyone.
The waitress was pretty nice and polite.
When the manager came by to check on us later, he was polite and friendly then.
When we left, I was exiting with my toddler daughter and all three girls at the front remained completely silent, did not say goodbye. They said thank you to my elderly parents who were right behind me, which is at least something.
I’m not sure I understand why I’m getting the silent treatment in a public place.
It’s like the childish, mean girl stuff that should be left behind in junior high. It’s not professional to treat the public that way.
I could be a paying customer who could return on my own, but I will not now because of the lack of friendliness of front entry area staff.

Our family had a delicious dinner last night. My husband ordered the chicken fried steak with sautéed vegetables and a biscuit, I got the Lieutenant Dan's fried shrimp with grilled asparagus and adult mac & cheese, and my daughter got the chicken nuggets with adult mac & cheese and a dish of ice cream. We also purchased a side of sweet potato fries for the table and my husband and I purchased yummy adult beverages for ourselves as well.
I must say that my fried shrimp was probably some of the best that I've ever had! The shrimp was tender and juicy and the breading was delicious. The side dishes were also very tasty. My husband and daughter really liked their dishes as well.
Alma was our server and she was very nice, friendly, and attentive to our table. She also got our order perfectly correct!
This is a fun restaurant with tasty food and attentive workers.
We will return for sure!
Great family restaurant with a separate area for adults wanting to hang out to watch a game. The food was amazing. Service was even better than the food. We went on a Saturday evening, and there was plenty of seating, no long wait time. Many choices to choose from kids menu.
The wife took me here for the first time the other day, and it has easily become one of my favorite spots . I like the setup, bar on one side, and dining on the other side. Our waitresses was fairly new but excellent at the same time. My wife says her name was Liz (I hope that's right). The drinks and food were delicious! 54th Street Restaurant, got yourself a repeat customer!! Great job!!
I’m giving this restaurant a two because the food was not good at all. This was the location in Irving Texas. We started off with an appetizer which was the spinach dip. It was okay, I can tell it was made with frozen spinach and cheap cheese. Yes I’ve had much better from “Cheddars” also We ordered the Cajun sandwich and the chicken and steak fajita plate. The fajitas was very greasy and the steak was rubbery. The chicken did not have a good flavor to it at all. The refried beans that came with the entree was just pure paste and was not one bit good. On to the Cajun chicken sandwich it was full of chicken but no onions, a few green peppers and the taste of Cajun or any other seasoning was just not there. The fries that I ordered with this sandwich was really good and that’s basically all I had to eat which of course I had to leave there and still grab something else to eat on my way home. The staff was amazingly nice. Our waiter was really nice, he definitely got a $20 tip from me. The restaurant was clean. Really nice decor and lots of nice areas to take pictures. I will not be back to this location.
Customer Service was great! The spicy chicken burger was good. Kids chicken fingers were tasty. The ribs were very good. However, the steak (that's not pictured) was not good. I would not ordered and steak from here again. But I will give it a second try. Oh, we also ordered the spinach dip and a house salad...both was excellent.
Let me st@rt off this review w/ saying a huge thank you to the cooks/ staff and our waiter Bryan. I came here once before 2 yrz ago here's my UPDATE!!! All I can say is from the time I sat down I felt nuthn but good vibez. You could smell the amazing food, see the beautiful drinx, n outstanding portionz of well plated dishes. Wow! From the food, to the atmosphere, ol' skool tunez, good vibez, n incredible customer service. Me along w/ another one of my fellow flight attendantz/crashpad mate started out by tryn sum of the appetizerz from the large menu. We order the shrooms, fried calamari, n the chesapeake bay crab cakes. Of course I had to get me a cup of loaded potato soup cause y not ???? All I can say is Yum ???? then for my entree I had the artichoke, spinach pasta w/ shrimp, chicken and garlic bread. Again yum ???? everything was so flavorful n had it's own unique taste. My fellow fa got the blackened chicken club salad w/ avocado n boiled eggs. The portionz served here r so unexpected n as flight attendants we definitely appreciate them. U definitely get more bang for ur buck when coming here. Needless to say I will definitely b back to try everything on the menu at least once n mayb even a dessert if I haven't stuffed myself enough lol. Definitely recommend this restaurant/ bar for anyone n everyone of all agez. Mahalo again (Thank you) to the cooks, staff n Management of 54th Street Restaurant & Draft Bar n Euless, TX especially our awesone waiter Bryan. We had such a wonderful experience and will definitely b back w/ our crewz.
The food was really good. We got there super late, but and were starving. The drinks were solid as well. I highly recommend the shrimp. Shrimp was so good, I almost considered ordering more. The bartender was extremely friendly and provided great service. This is a place that i will definitely be coming back to.
Everything was great, the food, the drinks, the staff; we sat at the bar.
KD (bartender with dreadlocks) or something not sure if I heard his name right, works so hard and had such an amazing vibe. At 9pm on a Saturday night, there was only him being so busy making drinks for the whole place, trying to check on his customers sitting at the bar constantly (around 9 people at that time), and yet being very friendly.
5/5 for food, drinks, and staff.
3/5 for the establishment.
This place really needs to hire more people, no wonder why other reviews said service was so slow.
We wanted to order ribs but it wasn’t available. It’s a Saturday night… and you’re out?
We ordered crab cakes, mac n cheese with bacon, it was delicious for us.
We recommend you to order the margarita with champagne or beer.
