Fun place to unwind, especially after a long day. Service was amazing! I could eat those Shrooms all day! My chicken was very tough on the Chicken Madeira, but the taste was fantastic! Tha faucets in the bathroom are highly recommended for all restaurants!
Victoria was the sweetest waitress! She was kind and made eye contact as she spoke to me, my husband and our 7 year old son. The children's pasta was hard and dry, maybe more marinara needed. My ancient grains and salmon were delicious! We were offered to either replace or remove, we removed his pasta and ordered sweet fries and wings to go. That tasted great. I am grateful for the mini Icecream treat for my birthday ????. Looking forward to visit again.
Our two sandwiches and two desserts were impressively and impeccably boxed. Bread and sandwich toppings were separated to prevent sogginess. Really super nice touch!! 54th did not seal the containers with a protective anti tamper tape. This was door dashed. In this day and age, I believe this should be mandatory and expected. So if they can add this process improvement for our peace of mind, that would be amazing!
I used to frequent this spot when it first opened, specifically for happy hour.. food was good.. service was great when they had help from employees from other locations.. since then, it has gone downhill.. both food and specially service.. we even walked out on one occasion..
Seems like nothing much has changed but it was opened late and we had no other choice at the moment..
My boyfriend and I visited this restaurant on a Monday night. The atmosphere was pleasant, and our server was fantastic—though I’m upset I can’t recall her name, she truly did an outstanding job. As for the food, it was just okay. While it didn’t taste bad, there wasn’t anything particularly special about it. We both ordered pasta dishes, and for drinks, he had a Long Island while I enjoyed a red sangria. Both drinks were great. This was our first time dining here, and we’re planning to return to try the burgers and another dish we spotted on the menu. (We had already eaten some before the pics.)
Really nice Pflugerville spot to have a relaxing end of day/week meal with American fare. It’s very busy almost every time I’ve been, even at lunch, so definitely get on the waitlist in advance.
This last time I didn’t take my own advice and we went and got on the list, which was 30+ minutes. We luckily snagged the last two seats at the bar, which was crowded. We had view of four TVs all of which had a different sporting event on it, which was nice to be able to see more than just one game. It is fairly loud but also laid out in a manner that you can still hear the person next to you decently!
Behind the bar staff was friendly although you could definitely tell they were very busy. We ended up trying a few really good drinks, particularly the strawberry Long Island and the martini that had the Malibu rum and peach schnapps in it.
We got the meal deal with an appetizer, two entrées and dessert. We had the gringo dip which was really really good, much more than I expected. I had the baked potato soup and Caesar salad, and my partner had the gyro with asparagus. Dessert was a strawberry cheesecake. Soup was thick and creamy, and salad was decent (though I didn’t expect the cabbage which I do not love, so I was less enthusiastic after a few bites).
Overall, the food is consistently good and feels like a more upscale Chilis (which we also love haha).
First time here. Very pleasantly surprised.
Service was very good. Made us smile and provided good suggestions.
Very nice, open and full of light from windows. Good atmosphere.
Nice and clean including bathrooms.
Food was awesome. Steak was perfectly cooked and moist. Ribs fell off the bone.
Would be happy to come back.
Brian was a great server! Our kids' meals were great and had large portion sizes for around $8. The menu had a wide variety of options. We got a Gyro, Steak and Calamari, all of which were cooked perfectly and very tasty. Highly recommend, and we will be returning.
