Never been to a 54th Street before so I went in with no expectations. I can confirm the double smash burger is pretty amazing as are the waffle fries. I think we got the new guy as a server, he did good but seemed overwhelmed. He would walk, stop, count something and then move on. If my drink would have been attended to after it was empty this experience would have been a solid 5. Will put it on my list of return when in town places to eat!
I had the pleasure of dining at this location today and was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional cuisine. Our server was not only knowledgeable but also provided outstanding service. However, it was manager Hector who truly made our visit unforgettable. His warm welcome and genuine interest in ensuring our experience was exceptional left a lasting impression. I've visited several locations, but Hector's leadership and dedication to excellence are truly inspiring. The restaurant's impeccable cleanliness was the icing on the cake. I look forward to returning soon.
I ordered a Blackened Ribeye Medium to go and it was not only a bad piece of meat, but it was cooked well done and as dry & tuff as shoe leather. The Waffle fries were so soggy the thin cardboard tray they were in was soaked.
My guess is they don't care when it's "to go" because I ate this same meal 3 days prior and sat at the bar and it was amazing!
I'll think twice before going here again.
Atmosphere is great. Has a sports bar / rustic restaurant feel with good soft lighting. Food was good. Burger was cooked well with good taste. Nachos were plentiful and the drinks were worth it. Chicken was well breaded but not overly. Service fell off towards the end and was a bit slow.
We had a great dinner. Walked next door from our hotel. Service was excellent. Atmosphere was upbeat and food and drinks were yummy. The mushrooms were exceptional!!
The chicken tortilla soup had more corn and beans than chicken, however, it had a nice flavor. The Tequila wrappers were tasty, but fried a little too hard. The Turkey sandwich was ok and the bread was fresh.
Great meal service and delicious food just the way you ask for it. My son and I went to the restaurant, and it was extremely busy, but we were seated right away. The server was attentive, and we didn't have to ask for drink refills and he checked on us many times.
Food and drinks are always good here! I prefer this specific location to others, but its always a good experience. Staff was friendly and place was clean.
