Very attentive waiter. Cool little environment on the inside. Not very packed when we went. Food came out quick and hot.
This is a somewhat casual location with an eclectic mix of decor. The hamburger was okay but they put tomato and lettuce on the bottom of the meat patty so everything slid, which made trying to eat the burger a balancing act. Would like to have had more than salt and pepper on the table as well as extra napkins (See photos). The waitress was concise and seemed to be constantly racing to take care of too many tables. Probably will not return.
Great atmosphere and exceptional service. Our waitress was extremely pleasant, thoughtful, and very hospitable. This added to the total value of the experience. The food I unfortunately cannot provide similar praise. The presentation of the food was very good and appealed to my preconceived notion of savoriness. The food itself was overall too salty. Got lemon pepper chicken and it was just difficult to eat. The chicken is not marinated, so most of the flavor existed on the outside of the chicken (& yes I do understand how wings work). Nachos were ok.
The place is nice and cute , and the margaritas are good. But the food is disgusting ! It seems to get worst every time I go visit. My last visit was yesterday and I ordered the Southwest skillet with shrimp and steak. It had no flavor and when it was brought to the table the food on the skillet was burned and stuck to the skillet. I sent it back and was brought another one. Again it was burnt, I tried to eat it but it was so dry. My server was kind , but a manager never spoke to our table about the food or the experience. My children fell asleep at the table waiting for my second plate to come out . With all of the new restaurants around this area, I would say try somewhere else. This was not a good dining experience. Eat here at your own risk .
Plenty of parking and no wait to be seated. Angie was our server and he was great! Had the Chicken Finger Plate and it was good. Beer cold. Chicken Fried Chicken was good. Nothing amazing or out of this world, but I feel like it’s a spot that would give you a consistent meal each time and if you lived in the area, you’d put this place on your routine spot to go for a no fills meal.
Horrible experience. Staff was extremely rude. Long wait time. Will not be returning. We ordered the spinach and artichoke dip and the chips were stale. We had to constantly try to get our waiters attention when we needed something. We were charged and I never received my receipt.
Most pathetic southwest wrap I have received here. Also, no paper towels or door foot pull in the bathroom is a red flag when handling food. Happy to say it’s my last time going to this franchise.
The food was prepared well.
The service was horrible... and it was slow.
Unfortunately, we had to speak with a manager who apparently knew there was an issue because we weren't the only ones who complained.
