Were in town and needed to find a dinner spot, so here we are!
The staff is super attentive and friendly, and even took the time to explain to us the history of the name which was nice. The ambiance is nice and dark, somehow it gives a luxurious feel to the place.
I went with a big group - 10 people! We had some mixed review of the food (hence the 4-star):
- Steak pho: great flavor broth, high quality meat, recommend!
- Fried chicken: not great and some parts were a bit too tough to eat, do not recommend
- "Ramen": had to put in quote because it definitely doesn't remind us of ramen, it is fusion so it's understandable. The curry flavor is enjoyable with the gravy. Recommend as a curry noodle dish if you're into that
Overall it was an enjoyable meal, a bit on the pricey side for Pho but probably on-par for fusion cuisine. Great choice with the right expectation!
I got takeout from here at least a dozen times during my six week stay and every single time it was incredible.
Packaged up nicely so it traveled well too.
The hosts were great, and even gave me some free drinks a few times which was very sweet!
Everything here was delicious and I would highly recommend visiting here for dinner.

Our table was comfortable and tucked in the corner (though the throw pillows were a bit too puffy for a corner table and made my boyfriend and I a bit squished).
Ben was a great server and happy to answer any questions or dietary accommodations we had, and our water cups were never empty.
Everyone enjoyed their food and I loved the pad Thai I ordered, and the portions are big enough to bring some home!
A great spot for a date night or an elevated dinner.

Our server was absolutely awesome. Very friendly and attentive without being overly watchful. Food arrived hot and delicious. We started with the Crisy Egg Rolls with fish sauce (one of my favorite foods). I ordered a Vietnamese style deep-fried chicken coated with spices that were phenomenal in flavor. It came with a Vietnamese style coleslaw that was nothing like any other type that I have ever had. Make no mistake, I didn't leave any behind. My wife ordered salmon with rice noodles and said that the meal was not disappointing in the least. Dessert was a coconut flan. I had never had it before, but I was more than pleasantly surprised as to how delicious it was. The meal was set in a relaxed atmosphere that was somewhat romantic. I highly recommend this restaurant, and if I travel to Palm Springs again, it will be on my list to eat at.

For the past five years, 533 Fusion has been my go-to spot. Whether I'm dining in or grabbing takeout, the staff always remembers me, adding a personal touch to their exceptional hospitality. The consistency in the quality of their dishes is remarkable, with the shrimp, yellow curry, and chicken curry standing out as my favorites. Their standard has made every visit a delight. Writing this review tonight, I want to share how much I adore this place. 533 Fusion deserves a shoutout for their generosity and top-notch service. Met friends here tonight and had a wonderful meal. Delicious flavors and very consistent. Pricing is very reasonable. I highly recommend this place! I had the Pork Pad Thai. One person had the tamarind glazed salmon and the others had the protein bowl. Everyone was pleased with their entrees. We also ordered the calamari as an appetizer... It was perfectly prepared.
