Best WLM Reviews
Excellent burger menu with the option to go with two “sliders”….aka full size burgers. Ring of Fire sauce is hot. You’ve been warned.
Good selection of beer in cans or on draft, with gluten free options. Large choice of cocktails as well.
First time visiting this place and we were not disappointed. Tried the green chili, the “I can’t decide” which comes with two massive sliders which are full size burgers in my opinion! None the less I tried the mushroom burger and the perfect burger. My husband had the prime burger and he said it was 5/5, mine were probably 3/5 for both, good but not life changing and a bit underwhelming. The chili was good but again 3/5 I had to try the deemed famous chili of Colorado but nothing distinct that would make me order again. The fries on the other hand are great 5/5. Server was very nice but did not check in the table very often and my husband had his second drink ordered about the time we ordered dessert and it was not very busy when we came. The to go desserts are lack lister and packed together so it’s melted by the time you get to where you’re going. It’s a decent burger joint and I would recommend stopping in if you’re close by, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to go again.
The Wagyu burger was absolutely delicious—definitely a standout. The shishito peppers were good, but the sauce that came with them had a bitter, sour taste that didn’t quite hit the mark. Unfortunately, the onion rings were undercooked, and the breading was unusual—I’m more accustomed to beer-battered ones. However, the manager kindly comped those items, which was appreciated.
The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the service was outstanding. My server, Lena, was incredibly friendly, professional, and accommodating, making the experience all the more enjoyable. This was my first time eating here and my first visit to Denver, but I’d definitely consider coming back if I’m ever in town again!
The atmosphere at this place makes it a great sports bar. The 3 stars in Service is mostly because of the busser who was very attentive, rather than the waiter. The 2 starts for the food is because of the truffle fries which were okay in terms of flavor. However, they were VERY greasy and some of them were burnt while others were soggy and white. I had the 5280 burger and it was quite terrible. It came out less than 10mins after I ordered it so the fast service reflected the quality of the food. Not even halfway through the burger, it was already fully apart. The lettuce was shredded so barely any stayed on the burger and the patty itself was definitely not made in house. You can tell it’s frozen and it was half cold. I was only visiting but I have to say I wouldn’t come here for the food, rather just a drink and watch games. It’s def not an American Restaurant as in the description. It’s a sports bar with bar food.
I ordered online for a pickup. I walked in and I was the only one at the hostess stand and she did not greet me. I wasn't sure where to go so finally asked her how I can pick up my to-go order and she just said she'll be right back. She handed me the bag and it felt light so I looked in and it was just a burger. I assumed for $15.99 you'd at least have fries as a side but I was wrong. Then I see I was charged an online order fee, followed by a pickup fee and I tipped on top of that before knowing I was charged the extra fees. I rated so low on everything because this is a complete rip-off. The burger itself was subpar. I also witnessed a homeless man drinking out of a picture of water on the back patio so please be cautious if you are drinking water because they leave it on the ledge for anyone to tamper with.
Amazing burgers!! You can get the "I can't decide" and get 2 burgers for 20$! The "perfect burger" was my favorite and was so good. The fries and onion rings were great too. One of my favorite meals after eating out all week in Denver.
We were stopping in for lunch before heading to the oddities and curiosities expo. The energy when we walked in the door with our hostess was amazing. Got the Chicken sandwich with buffalo sauce cheese and an over easy egg. It was so good
Probably the best hamburger I’ve ever had!! Delicious fries and quality products. Service was meh. The waiter Cody seemed like he was forced to assist my table and barely smiled/said thanks. The bartender was the only staff member who smiled and seemed to be enjoying being there
