I’ve eaten at a lot of steakhouses… I have a favorite steakhouse in Shreveport, Louisiana…So I booked this steakhouse because of friends telling me how good it was when I told them I was going to hot springs. It surpassed my expectations. The bartender made one of the best old-fashioned I’ve ever had. The food was top notched so if you’re looking for a real review from someone knows about real steak houses, this is a 10 out of a 10 period. Enjoy
By far, the BEST steak house I have ever been to! The service was absolutely amazing. Every staff member was super polite and checked in on us not too much and not too little! We came to celebrate our 7 year anniversary, and when we came in, they had our spot held with a little card. They gave us a free dessert, and the food was to die for! Literally, check the pictures out. I will definitely be back, the atmosphere was super romantic with dark lights and soft music. I can not express just how special they made our night. 501 prime is the place to be!
This was my first time dining at 501 Prime and it did not disappoint. Wow! Everything we ordered was excellent. Our server, Michael, enhanced our experience as well, with his insights and recommendations of the favorites on the menu and ensuring we were taken care of. The entire wait team and onsite manager made us feel very attended to, whether it was to refill our waters or to take away a finished plate
Our group shared the bread service, 501 wedge salad, the chilled chili oysters, filet mignon, smoked pork chop (single), shrimp kabob, and for dessert, we had the dark chocolate sorbet, lemon blueberry cheesecake and pecan praline creme brulee. I had a French Martini and that was a great cocktail as well.
I can't say enough great things about our experience. I look forward to returning back and can't wait to see what other mouth wateringly delicious entrees they will be thinking up next. Enjoy- you're in for an amazing time of great cuisine and warm Southern hospitality.
We went here for our anniversary. We'll worth it. Very romantic upscale atmosphere. I recommend making a reservation ahead. Food was excellent. It is very hard to find good seafood in Arkansas but this one is. We ate Johns River Oysters, swordfish, scallops, and duck egg rolls. I recommend all of these selections. The sweet tea was perfect also. Just the right amount of sweetener. This place is amazing. Our waiter Jeff and everyone that checked on us were top notch. One of my new favorites in the whole state of Arkansas. It is worth the drive to Hot Springs just to eat here.
We randomly chose 501 Prime as the location of a staff dinner and we were not disappointed!
The staff is well trained and very welcoming & friendly.
Our group arrived separately, but our waiter, Chris, was amazing as he welcomed each couple as they arrived.
Chris was great on suggestions for appetizers and entrees, insuring that everyone found the dish for them.
We ordered spinach dip, duck egg rolls and grilled oysters as appetizers- all were amazing!
Each entree was a generous portion size and extremely delicious. Our party ordered steaks, sea bass, halibut, squash soup, kabobs, filets, and more. The side salad ordered with one dish was huge!
Of course, we sampled desserts and would highly recommend the frozen chocolate, bread pudding and cheesecake.
We can’t say enough good things about Chris. You should ask for him when you visit 501 Prime.
The atmosphere is well decorated and comfortable. The upstairs got a tad loud with two large groups up there, but the noise level settled down as groups dispersed.
If I could give more than 5 stars, I certainly would.

Waiter is extremely knowledgeable about every ingredient. They are so rare and unique you ask a lot of questions about menu.
Food was exquisite and you savor every bite
Our first day in town while asking for dinner suggestions from a few locals, we just happened to be sitting next to David(GM of 501 Prime). He quickly helped us book a table and made few suggestions on a couple items. This was an outstanding meal from start to finish. One of the best Long Island Tea I’ve had.. wonderful wine selection… pumpkin swordfish was incredible but the show stopper turn out to be the truffle chicken!! We topped the evening off with a wonderful bread pudding. Highly recommend from special occasions!!
We went upstairs to the Bourbon Bar. The atmosphere, food and service were phenomenal! In fact, my wife and I agreed that this was possibly the best meal of our lives! My wife had grilled swordfish in a coconut curry sauce. I had short ribs with a red wine demi reduction. We had truffle fries for an appetizer and for dessert; lemon cheesecake with blueberries and whipped cream and pecan pralines with a sous vide cinnamon apple and ice cream. The second dessert was really interesting. When I took a bite, I was transported back to my Grandma's house. She never made this but all the flavors were reminiscent of many different desserts I had eaten as a child.
