Great burgers and beer as well as table shuffleboard and billiards. My husband and I split a burger and fries which was plenty of food. He had a cocktail with she enjoyed and I did the beer flight. The beer list does extensive and nice that it's organized by type of beer so it's easier to choose. The service was really good and we enjoyed a game of the shuffleboard. We'll definitely visit again.
Really happy with everything. The service was great and you can build your own flight of beer or cider. Really good variety of ciders which was nice to see and they were all great. The burger was a thick nice burger cooked perfectly. Nice to see a real burger and not a smash burger. You can find something to fit your taste with 50 to choose from. The fries were thin and cooked well. Nice addition to a burger. Definitely would return for more choices.
All great! LOTS to choose from, but all of the burgers that came out were excellent. I hade the Atomic and it was cooked very well, large and tasty burger. Just excellent. Can't wait to be back!
I normally don’t leave reviews but HAD TO!! The food here was a 10/10! I normally am not too big of a meat eater but I could eat this burger every day of the week! Smoky, cheesy, the bacon is cooked to perfection as well as the burger! Fries are crispy not greasy which is always a bonus! Service is quick and everyone is friendly! Would recommend 1000%!!
50/50 is a fantastic place for beer or burgers, ideally both.
Beer list is extensive, 35-40 on tap with a good mix to match most people. Price is good and hasn't experienced the inflation that other places have. The fries are good, shoestring and well cooked, not super crisp though. The burgers are what really standout, cooked to temp (order mid rare and you will actually get it) good buns, good sized patties and tons of creative options. The 50/50 burger was saucy and delightful, greasy in all the right ways from the sauteed mushrooms, onions and beer cheese.
Lots of seating, especially if you have a big party, pool tables too.

Really impressed with all facets of this place on our first visit. The beer list is vast and has some gems we weren't familiar with. The food was fresh and diverse -- probably the best homemade veggie burger we've found in a while, with a nice crunch to complement the excellent flavors, and probably 50 different combinations on the menu to dress it up. And our bartender was very impressive -- they got unexpectedly slammed with a 2 pm lunch rush, but the bartender took care of everyone with calm, friendliness, and spot-on recommendations about their orders. Definitely will return.
This place is always so great! Delicious food - so many burger varieties - we like the 50/50 and Belgian burger! Kevin is a great waiter and all the staff are friendly. Outdoor or indoor seating is ample. Highly recommend this spot when visiting Winchester.
We weren't sure where to eat, so we popped into 50/50 Taphouse at random. It was a pleasant surprise. There are extensive beer and cider offerings, as well as wine and drinks. I appreciated that they brewed iced tea, instead of having nasty fountain tea. The menu has an impressive variety of burgers. The ground beef can be substituted for chicken breast or black bean patty if meat isn't your thing. They offered gluten free buns, however, the fryer isn't dedicated to fries/tots. If your cross contamination/contact sensitive then be mindful of that. As an appetizer we got loaded tots and gravy/cheese tots. Both were amazing. One recommendation would be to install a diaper changing station in the restroom. We had to change our baby on a bench. There were at least four infants (aside from ours) in the restaurant when we visited, so it's super kid friendly otherwise. Leaving with full bellies!!!!! We will definitely return!
