I'm so disappointed that an hour after getting a pedicure my feet literally looked like i needed a pedicure!!????????????????Seriously the guy didn't even care enough about his job and half ass did it. I was so tired I didn't really pay attention to him to say anything but I will go back tomorrow and GET MY $55.00 BACK!!
If I could leave zero stars I would. As soon as my nails were “done” I went to the nail salon I typically get them done at and paid all over again to have them FIXED IMMEDIATELY!!!! The reason I didn’t go there originally was because it was the day before a holiday and they were extremely busy. I figured I would try this place. HUGE MISTAKE. NEVER AGAIN. The lady started off horrible… I told her the polish I initially picked out and wanted, to change it. She started painting the first nail & had to dip the brush 5 times. It was empty!!! I told her it was empty several times & I could see my nails through the polish. She ignored me the first time then stated it would be even when she finished the top coat. It was not (see photos attached)!!!! She also did not know how to use a nail file as they were all extremely crooked and it hurt when she was doing it. Furthermore, she told me my “skin must be sensitive” when she cut my finger under my thumb and it was bleeding and burning. Oh and don’t let me forget the paint all over my skin. My nails have never been butchered this bad. It looked like a 3 year old did them. See pics attached!!! Don’t waste your money at this place!!!!
I went to this establishment yesterday to get a pedicure and I was told that my pedicure would be $55 which I was absolutely fine with that and I know typically when you get gel polish it's $5 extra And I'm fine with that as well but I don't understand how my bill went from 55 to $70. With the $55 package everything is included. And all of a sudden nobody understand English so I was very disappointed that wasn't explained to me but I went ahead and paid because I had to get back to work so I'm kind of second guessing if I'll be visiting this establishment again unless what I pay for can be explained when an extra 10 to $15 is added on.
Baby Blue nails: Man cut nails way too short when she asked for long and he messed up and had to file down all of them very short and didnt put them near the cuticle
Burgundy: burned all of her fingers until they were purple and bleeding on the cuticle and fingers were swollen. Asked for glitter and didnt get it. Man walked away without telling her her amount to pay.
Teal: Man was very nice and gentle but he made nails a little too short for what i asked for but he did an overall good job. One nail popped of after only three days when i was washing my hands.
Not at all satisfied with my fingernails! I got gel polish and was set under regular dryer!!! This messed up my nails! I spent 140 with a tip in there! I will not be returning!
Been going for bout a year now and usually a good experience, Today a different guy was doing my nails and he was rushing like he had somewhere to be.. Then noticed it was him trying to get back to his phone since he whipped it out between drying my nails. While doing my nails (rushing) he was filing and drilling more of my fingers than my nails. Nails turned out just OK but my fingers are still burning ????. Edit 11/12/23 went today cause the lady usually does great with my brows. It was a man today and he did horrible. Told him 5 times what to fix and it wasn't done. Already lost me as a nail customer and now as a brow customer too. Added photos
Mrs. Helen, AWAYS do an awesome job on my pedicure! She really takes her time! Today, Sam did my nails for the 1st time and she is new! She has great customer service and actually talks to you!
Spring is a true artist or excellence. She listens to her customer and creates unbelievable clean it. A customer service is amazing. I can tell that I take pride in the work. Definitely come see spring if you are preparing for a special event or if you are a lady that likes the very best.
