On the weekend of 11-8-24 we placed a phone order / to go. I got there early so i purchased a drink from the bar. When my order was ready i left and to it home. Upon opening the bag i realized it was food that i could not eat! I returned the meal and spoke with George who served the meal and drink. He fully understood the situation and he along with his manger Cynthia assured me that i would get a full refund! They indeed provided the refund to my credit card with no problems. A good
example of excellent customer service. Although i did not eat the food that evening, my previous
experience with their food was great as it was tasty and well proportioned. I will be back!
For my wife and I the atmosphere was what we were looking for in a quick dine out without the hassle of the kids. The food to say the least was amazing! We both had the Chicken Alfredo and some drinks, this place was the perfect place to have them both. They have a tasty spin on it, seems like a creole style Alfredo without the super spicy touch added, just enough for us non-spicy lovers to enjoy. There was a waiter I believe her name was Catherine, she was older, I can’t remember exactly if that was her name but her customer service wowed both I and my wife. She kept us smiling during an unexpected wait and made us just feel comfortable. The drinks we had were both tasty and buzzing. HANDS DOWN If you want to have some of the BEST Chicken Alfredo in the city this is one of the place to go/order delivery!
Great drinks, the food is good and good sized portions. I loved the jerk chicken egg rolls and chicken Alfredo. Everyone inside was very friendly, service was fast and you can watch sports on multiple screens.
This is some of the best food I've ever eaten. I had the salmon Alfredo and it was great but I tried the wife's salmon philly and I wished I'd ordered that. Will definitely order that next time
This place is horrible! The service is - 0! I ordered food through DoorDash for pick up! Said it will be ready in 45 mins to an hour! When I get there they can’t find my food. Have me waiting 10 minutes to tell me they never made my food and then another 10 to tell me they don’t have the ingredients I ordered… I asked for a refund and why haven’t they called me.. they said they didn’t have my number (it’s on the order app) and I have to contact DoorDash for a refund.. when I asked for them to just make something instead of what I ordered they said they don’t do that… so now I waited and hour ane 30 minutes for no food!
Drove 15 min and waited 30/40 minutes for the waiter to say they were out of noodles on the door dash order. Thats fine but why would you have someone wait that long. Then she stated she would cancel the order and did not do that. Do better or please stop making door dash accessible to ppl because yall not fit to take the orders. It's a disadvantage to drivers and your customers. If you can't do it you just can't. It's going to mess your reputation up more or make these orders priority.
Last night would be my 5th time being here, my review is based off me having a good experience 4 out of 5 times.. Food was great, always is. I come here specifically for the Salmon, Baked Potato w/cheese, & Fried Mushrooms! (Kudos to the Chef! ????). I had Garlic Parm Wings & fries last time, that was good as well. Drinks were good, I had tequila sunrise! Service on the karaoke side is always amazing. The main side Service leaves a lot to be desired (bartenders are always too busy to take your order and the ones who aren't act like they don't see you standing there waiting!) The bathroom needs a LOT of attention. Was very dirty and did not smell good at all.
This place is horrible. I waited an hour for my order and the ticket clearly said no mayo. Get home it has mayo, so I go to return it for a refund because I don't have time to wait. I'm told there are no refunds. There are no signs posted stating that. I asked for the manager and the lady stated she is the manager. I asked for a refund because I don't have time or trust that the food would be made fresh because I heard her say something about the bread to the cook. She said there are plenty of things they don't do and it's not posted. I stopped going to this place years ago because a worker put a $20 tip on my card for a takeout order that I actually gave a cash tip for. I had to go back and forth with the owner to get my $20 back now this. Never again! This business do not value their customers time or money. I would like my $15 back!
