I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! The Thai food is great. The combination pad Thai is flavorful, huge and reasonably priced.
Though the 5 dollar breakfast is just minimal: eggs, bacon and toast the other options offered for breakfast are very large and really quite good. The steak strips are great.
The staff is pleasant and helpful. The atmosphere is very lacking as it is way down by the Strat in the Aztec. Nothing feels unsafe just not glamorous.
They have decent meals for a decent prices. A good variety to choose from we liked what we had and was more than enough.

You will find a few tables spread around the small casino floor, grab what you see and the servers will quickly greet you.
Prices are reasonable, as low as $5 for the basic. The food came out only a few minutes after I ordered.

Great breakfast choice! My husband found this place with a quick Google search, and it was really good! We had the breakfast grill sandwich and veggie omelette along with coffee. The French toast is one of the best I've experienced. They use the traditional thick toast which is moist and lightly fried to a golden color. Everything was fresh and delicious! Also, the prices are really nice considering such quality. Our server was friendly and very accommodating. She also recommended we come back for Thai food. Hopefully, we will.
Very Good Breakfast and Coffee. Next to the STRAT Hotel & Tower. Close to the Monorail Station. Big Breakfast with 3 Eggs+Bacon+Hash Brown+ Beef Patty+ Tost+ Enough Butter and Confectionery + Hot Sauce = 9.99 $ ????
Looks are deceiving- if you get past the shady parking lot and the dude smoking crack in the corner, you enter in to the edge of a casino with this diner that takes you back to 80s vibe atmosphere, and some of the most delicious and homely cooked breakfast. They even have option for Thai style food too. 11/10 recommend for a good breakfast after a crazy night!
I had the $5 Breakfast it was fresh and hot. I had my eggs over easy with wheat bread, hash brown patty. Coffee was hot with fresh half and half. Everything was wonderful. Excellent customer service and friendly family atmosphere.
Exceptional breakfast at an incredibly reasonable price! As visitors from out of town, we were growing weary of the steep costs in the city, making this hidden gem the ideal spot for us.
5 Dollar Cafe is located at the far end of Las Vegas Strip overlooking Strat Hotel within the Aztec Casino.
From the outside it’s a no, however don’t judge, it’s the BEST VALUE BREAKFAST in Las Vegas, two eggs, two slices of toast and either sausage or bacon for 5 Dollars, you can’t beat it, pay by debit or credit card there is a 1 dollar surcharge, so carry cash.
The food is served on plastic plate, the food is served quickly and fresh, everything is hot and just right, the service is quick and efficient, absolutely no complaints.
There is other food on the menu which is all of excellent value, saving you more money for the casino and slot machines.
A definite definitely place to come for a good value breakfast or brunch or lunch
