Best breakfast I've had in AZ since moving back from California! Husband took me here after having some really good Chicken Fried Steak for breakfast at this place and so worth the drive we made from Tempe! Ordered the Country Breakfast for $15, came with hash browns (super good, not too greasy and cooked light as I requested) scrambled eggs and 2 biscuits with gravy (so moist and very good gravy) with sausage or bacon (I chose sausage links and they were so flavorful and juicy)! I tried my husband's CFS (I can understand why he ordered it again!) I'm not a big chicken fried steak fan but even I would consider ordering this on their menu. It was $15 and comes with 2 eggs, hash browns, and a choice of toast, pancake, or biscuit. He ordered the pancake plus two more! We shared all of it, and the pancakes tasted like actual buttermilk pancakes, rich but not too sweet...could not help but finish them. Iced tea plus the meal was $42 after tax, but before tip. So worth it and highly recommend! Place is small but 50's diner decor, very friendly and quick service, with outdoor seating. They are 24 hours, with a very appealing lunch and dinner menu too! I'd love to try so much more, but passing up that breakfast on our next visit will be very hard to do! We found our favorite breakfast place finally!
Atmosphere is retro cool. The service is very good and friendly. The food gets the job done but fairly average. We ordered eggs and corned beef hash 3/5 with pancake 2/5, and chocolate chip pancakes 3/5.

First time coming here and pretty impressed ???? breakfast is very good, very comforting homey taste. Place is so cute and service was great, servicer was very nice and so was cleaning lady. Will definitely return but this time maybe for dinner ☺️
Great diner, beautiful decorate, good food, great staff.
Need to promote themselves: instagram, holiday events, put pics of staff and cooks who are so cool on webpage. But do deep clean withfloor wax before holiday, shut down a day. Although always pretty clean needs a polish.
Run jukeboxes in the afternoon.
Food: gd quality, exhibit them, have cooks make fresh ones late at night. Have piorgies and onions, more Jewish style deli.
Have a light and fit menu, egg white omelets, meatless chicken and salmon alternatives on salads. Homemade dressings on salads, make salads and sandwiches yr jam so more take out. Brown bag lunches to go
Should be a line for this place, proper coffee containers for take out

We had breakfast here and the food was the worst I have had in a long time. It actually takes effort to make a breakfast suck and they did just that. Zero seasoning, dry, and you could tell that even the side of potatoes were just pulled from a freezer bag and microwaved… but honestly grocery stores have better hashbrowns/potatoes. The place is not well maintained and the jukeboxes are all “out of order” which just adds to the growing list of reasons to be sad. The final nail in the coffin that made this a 1-star was when we got our bill for two standard breakfasts with no ‘bells and whistles,’ which totaled to just under $50. We will never be coming back unless we see signs saying they got new cooks with affordable menus cause that was a sad experience… and we went in excited about the place!
Not very busy. I did arrive when they opened. The food was basic and not what I remembered. And the gravy tasted like a pouch mix. For the price. The quality could have been better. Waitress was genuine kind and attentive. Thanks
Me and a friend came a few months back and it was busy but they only had one server. That server did not let the rush get to her. She kept it professional and was super polite. We orders a burger with onion rings and a chicken quesadilla. The quesadilla had Buffalo chicken in it; it was juicy chicken and a good size quesadilla. The onion rings were crispy and freshly. The burger was delicious as well but I loved the quesadilla more.
