I originally gave this a five star rating because the food and the staff is excellent. Unfortunately now they are having a issue with their menu pricing not matching the computer so you are being charged more than what the menu says and of course it is always important that the menu Isn't misleading you for the actual price. I talked to the management and asked them to honor the menu price but they did not. So in my opinion it is a form of bait and switch for profit. Secondly they have a waitress there I believe her name is Jessica and she is quite rude she doesn't know how to deal with situations where something is it right and needs to be dealt with she figures it's the customer's fault and treats them badly. There are great waitresses there Tavia and short stack are excellent. Today when I also questioned the pricing on an item although I wasn't talking to her she overheard the conversation Jessica that is said that's why I don't like to serve him. And I asked her if she was talking to me and she said no and I said well what is your problem with me she would not respond. I'm sure in a perfect world she would be fine as a waitress where everything was peachy and there were no issues but unfortunately there is always issues sometimes they have to go back to fix them it is not the customer's fault if their eggs are hard and they ask for over easy or if their food needs to be warmed up or if the pricing doesn't match the menu no need to take it out on the customers. At this point I will not return until their pricing matches their menu and that rude waitress is no longer there who wants to go someplace where negative energy is being dished up.
The food was cold. The coffee was cold. They seated us, then we waited for 1/2 an hour to have our order taken, then we waited an hour to be served what we ordered. My husband & I were not happy. We will NOT be recommending 4bs in Polsin.
My husband and I always goto 4Bs whether it's for a quick meal (soup & salad bar) or for a traditional meal (chicken fried steak/fish & chips). We are extremely glad it is open inside again, you just have to wear your mask and yes, you can remove it to eat!
*2023 EDIT* Positives - you no longer have to wear your mask & the salad bar is now reopened (previously not offered due to COVID restrictions). Negative - the hours are extremely limited & usually unavailable as a dinner option due to employee shortages (another positive is a sign informing of employment opportunities offered, how & where to inquire about such opportunities).
While taking a day trip to Glacier National Park we stopped at the 4B's in Polson Montana. It was 11 am on a Saturday morning and the restaurant was not crowded. There were 8 of us so it took a few minutes for them to push some tables together and gather silverware. Everyone in our party ordered breakfast and we saw no “breakfast hours” so it looks like they have an all-day breakfast. My wife ordered the pancakes with whipped cream and huckleberry topping while I got the biscuit and sausage gravy, hash browns, one egg, and 2 sausage links. The service was quick and the food was hot and quite tasty.
Went to eat here. Posted as open until 2pm. We got there at 12:45, they were busy but not packed. A Mom with a disabled daughter in a wheelchair went in ahead of us. As soon as we got through doors, a waiter told us they were closed.......with several booths full of people and a posted 2pm closing. Not impressed. As a Mom with a disabled daughter, I felt for that lady....as we were all walking out, she said, that's a lot of work for this. That is lousy customer service.
Loved the food, and they give you way too much...so share. Needs updating... but loved the food and coffee.
I've had pretty good luck with this place in the past, even though it has kinda gone downhill, but today I tried to call to place a to go order on my way to work. No answer, so I stopped on my way to be informed they aren't doing to go orders today? Seriously?
Food was great but I didn't get to eat much because a big fly landed in my salad n walked around. I asked for a new salad but they had already closed the salad bar. So they didn't charge me for the order which also included my sins order.
