We loved this hotel! We had a large spacious hotel with two queen beds and a fireplace. The room had a door to the exterior as well as a door to the inside hallway. Our room was in the main building and is within walking distance to the historic city center, The hotel has a really nice large gym and a really nice warm pool and hot tub on the 2nd floor with windows all around. There is also a patio outside the pool area overlooking the ski slope. Breakfast had a great selection- much more than your average hotel breakfast. I definitely recommend this hotel!
Number 1, what a great location. Close to shops, restaurants, shopping and Grand Teton National Park. You can’t beat the location and parking. You can walk to many places, except the park which is just a short drive away. ||The room has a a refrigerator which I love, lots of outlets for electronics and comfy bed. If you want clean and simple this is perfect. The breakfast bar is good with lots of choices. There is lots of breads, waffles, eggs and fruit and could use a gluten free option, other than that no complaints. ||The breakfast area can be crowded by bus tour people. But you manage. This is not a show stopper! I recommend this stop for anyone coming to Jackson Hole. Well worth the money!
Great location! A little old and run down but it looks like they are in the middle of an update. You can hear EVERYTHING in this hotel. A party was going on all night and after a phone call at 3 am to the front desk I thought it would stop. Nope. It lasted until 6 am. Not necessarily the hotels fault but just something to keep in mind if you are looking for a quiet get away.
Jackson is an upscale resort town, so everything's more expensive than what you generally find elsewhere in Wyoming, but taking that into account, this motel was a pretty good deal for the days and nights we spent here. We had a comfortable room, clean and well provisioned in a lodge-like setting, with a reasonably good complimentary breakfast to start the day. It was close to the town center, so we could easily get around on foot.
There were no rooms left at the main facility, so we were told that they upgraded us to another facility right down the street. The only upgrade was the size of the place. We were given a very dirty separate little house. The carpet had not been cleaned in a very long time, the bathrooms were falling apart and had a plunger sitting right next to the toilet. These "upgrades" cost us over $450.00 a night! It was one of the worst places I have ever stayed and the price was totally out of line. I did not have the pleasure of seeing the regular rooms, but, if my place was an upgrade, I shudder to think what the regular rooms must have looked like. This place doesn't even deserve one star!!
Unsanitary room had not been cleaned properly. Found all sorts of things on the floor, a used contact lens, a huge pile of rice, a half-eaten box of chocolates -- which was scary for us with a dog in a "pet friendly" room with lots of things our dog could have gotten into.
Breakfast was pretty good and the check in was friendly. Would not stay here again unfortunately.
We stayed 1 night at this hotel.
Location is great, we could walk to the city square in 10 minutes. Only thing I would like to complain is the place of the sink. Because small sink was just placed in front of the door, it was difficult for us to bring many stuffs in the room. Also sink was too small for family.
We enjoyed our stay here. The person checking us in was not very friendly and she seemed like she really didn’t know what she was doing. But otherwise our stay was fine. The rooms had some wear but were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good. We would stay here again.
