Such an amazing spot right on the water. The view was beautiful, especially at sunset. They have indoor and outdoor seating, both which include a full bar so it is quite the vibe. I visited during the summer and it was amazing.
Their food is delicious, and their seafood is l fresh. I had the seafood Alfredo, linguini served with scallops and shrimp, and it was incredible. My friends really enjoyed their meals as well - including the chicken sandwich, crab roll, and seafood grilled cheese.
Our server was super attentive.
Awesome view of the bay. Wait staff accommodated us with our pooch for an extra seat. Had the bbq baconlicious burger (was AWESOME) and the Eastern Shore Cobb salad with grilled chicken. Chicken could have been better but all in all was a great meal for the Mrs she enjoyed. Also had a drink called The Arnold which was delicious. Here on a business trip and looking forward to try it again 8/16/24
We decided to stop here on our way out of ocean city and we’re glad we did! We sat outside by the water and enjoyed bloody Mary’s. My boyfriend got the Buffalo Shrimp Tacos and loved them. He said they were filling and really yummy. I got the crab cake sliders and loved them too! The buns were nice and soft and the crab cakes were perfect. Our server was nice as well.
We had a nice dinner here! The food was delucious, all four of us enjoyed our meal. I myself had the half cheesesteak with old bay potato chips and it was very filling and not greasy at all. We all shared an order of the tapped up waffle fries which were tasty as well. I had a key lime crush to drink which was amazing, had a great key lime flavor! The service was good as well, our server was very sweet and attentive. We will definitely be back again sometime!
Food was good and we were able to take our dog. I will say the calamari was over cooked. Service was good.

Food at Taphouse is quite delicious, at least what I tried. My 4 stars rating has more to do with price in relation to the food. In my opinion, the food is very expensive for what is ordered. For example, a side crabcake was $18. The hatvest salad I ordered was $17. The avocado added to my salad was an extra $3. In all, a salad with 1 crabcake and some avocado was over $40. My lunch was $50 with a glass of wine. Good but expensive. In a previous visit, I tried the Crab avocado appetizer for $18. I highly recommend that appetizer.
Had an early dinner today at the 45th Taphouse. We both got smash burgers. I did the BYO burger. 2 burger patties with provolone, grilled onion, bacon, picked, tomato and lettuce. The burgers came with old bay homemade chips. We both got a side of honey mustard. My burger was so juicy, I didn’t need and sauce. It was sooo good! Our server, Abood, was amazing! He was training a new hire and I can see why he was in that role. We choose to eat outside on the deck and we had a beautiful view. But, it got incredibly hot when the sun decided to break free from the clouds. There is the choice of sitting inside in the AC. We will definitely return, we had such a good experience.
