Me and my friends got in early and wanted them to hold our luggage but thankfully our room was already ready which was awesome so we got check in around 9:30am!
We stayed in one of the bunk bed rooms, which actually was a lot of fun. There is a MINI FRIDGE even though online it says there is not one in the room, they also gave yo complimentary bottles of eater in the mini fridge. The room was actually a decent size a laid out very well. We had neighbors right next door and never heard them. Very quiet hotel even though we were steps away from times square. We found the beds and the pillows to be comfy!
There's a Walgreens right across the street and a few restaurants and bars right on the same road which was nice.
Overall we loved this hotel for the price point And will definitely stay again in the future!
The pictures are very deceiving and there ISNT A POOL OR SAUNA. We stayed one night before heading to the Hamptons so it was a good stay. I can definitely brag about the staff. They were helpful and the doormen went beyond Good service when it came for taxis, Ubers, directions and bag handling. If you want a cheap and quick stay this is your place for sure.
I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 mainly due to a couple of issues with the cleaning service. For two days, they forgot to restock the soap and place water in the fridge. Additionally, the room had an unpleasant smell, as if someone had smoked there prior to our stay.
That said, the hotel's location is excellent, right in Times Square and just a 5-minute walk from several subway lines and Broadway theaters. While the rooms are small, they are clean, and the bed is really comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful, and both check-in and check-out were fast and efficient. A credit card was required at check-in, which is standard practice.
On our departure day, we were able to store our luggage at no extra cost, which was very convenient. We didn’t try the breakfast, so I can’t comment on that.
The rooms at this hotel are exceptional, especially compared to other hotels in New York City. They are quite spacious, and the design is very well thought through. The shower was amazing. Despite being on the fourth floor, which I usually don't prefer, our corner room at the very end of the hallway was incredibly quiet. The staff was exceptional. The lady who checked us in was very knowledgeable and made us feel special from the first moment, and another staff member who checked us out went out of her way to ensure our stay was pleasant. The location was fantastic, just 100 feet from Times Square, with a 24/7 Walgreens right across the street. It felt very safe, which added to our comfort.
There was nothing we didn't like about the property. Even being on a lower floor, which I usually don't prefer, turned out to be a positive experience due to the room's quietness and layout.
Our stay was perfect in every way, from the exceptional room and amazing shower to the outstanding staff and prime location near Times Square.
Great location if you’re here to sightsee or catch a show. The room we are in is small which isn’t a big deal but the bed and pillows are literally hard as rocks. After walking, shopping and just enjoying the city having a comfy bed to sleep in is very important. This room needs to be upgraded stat.
We have the best experience with this hotel. The location was outstanding, the service was excellent, and the staff was very courteous. Last minute booking for a weekend getaway, the front desk had the fourth thought to ask if it was a special occasion. I told them as a matter fact, it was a short anniversary getaway. Upon our arrival and check-in, we found our room to be decorated with a handwritten note celebrating our anniversary. I can’t say enough good things about this hotel and the way we were treated. We will definitely be calling on them for our next NYC excursion.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel 45 Time Square Hotel, and it was a truly wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive specially George and the door man. The check-in process was smooth, and I was quickly shown to my room, which was both spacious and impeccably clean.
The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with a perfect blend of modern amenities and classic charm. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep, and the room had all the conveniences I needed, including a well-stocked minibar and high-speed Wi-Fi.
One of the highlights of my stay was the amazing breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of delicious options to suit all tastes. The hotel's location is also fantastic, situated close to many popular attractions and public transportation, making it easy to explore the city.
Overall, my stay at 45 Time Square Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I will definitely be returning on my next visit to the area.
The only issue we had was parking, but we had a big truck .. not the hotels fault. The hotel was super cute! Went for a girls trip and we got a room with bunk beds!! The hotel is close to everything, great location!! The staff was nice and friendly! Would be back again and 10/10 recommend. Just don't bring a big truck lol.
