Nope, just don’t do it! smh… We came across this, idk honestly what to call it. It was late & we were running outta clock & this was the only place so we had to pull off here. To say it’s dirty is an understatement! There’s a restaurant but no one was around, not that it mattered after looking at it. People have half eaten food laying around. The bathrooms are the one of the worst we’ve seen on the road. It’s on trucker path as a truck stop but they need to pull it off trucker path or this place needs to get their act together. The man inside was pretty friendly. They do have snacks & drinks. They do have souvenirs but their pretty dusty & yeah, been sitting around quite awhile. Won’t be back. We’ll park it off side of freeway before heading back here.
Are these paid reviews on here? This place is a dump! $10 for parking and only half of the men's restroom toilets work (not sure about the women's). No showers. I was literally afraid to eat at the "restaurant." Only thing missing here is porta-potty for the drivers! The BEST thing here is the view in which the owners had NOTHING to do with. I will also admit that diesel is cheaper here than Love's down the road, but gawd...what a sacrifice
Unique items and food not found at big truck stop chains. Actual glass bottles of soda available! Overnight parking available for reasonable $10 rate. Try to support these smaller but valuable truck stops before we lose them
The truck stop has forever been overpriced but if you are out in Edwina towards that direction and have nowhere else to go besides town then it's almost worth it just to hit the interstate and drive on to Newport at the next exit because this place is outrageous in prices and gas and everything you name it but it happens to be convenient for those living that way and who don't have another store open late at night-ish to grab something last minute if need be it's my opinion that they could be capitalizing on the fact that they are the only ones up that way who are open past 7pm or 8pm. ????????????????♀️
Not bad for a 10, didn't eat at restaurant or use the bathroom. Photos are from an old motel behind the gravel lot, looks like some drivers were too lazy to walk over to the trash cans.
Not reliable. I called to find out what time in the morning they opened up so I could get a shower, they said 5 am. While my husband was inside he also asked and they said 6. Then they were late opening, we have a wide load on and daylight running only so it put us behind. The showers are through the men’s bathroom, and you don’t get a towel. It’s an old building but they’re painting the bathroom and the shower stall itself was new. It’s Sunday and restaurant was closed.
Store is average. Good place to pull over to take a break if you drive a big truck. Has a pretty big parking lot.
Stoped to grab food cook took my order. He is super nice but I think just the look of the place I couldn’t eat it . And the people that come here are all crack heads I think. One girl sat in the restaurant side had a puppy in there and couldn’t stop picking her nose. So needless to say I threw away my food and went on down the road
