Absolutely love enthusiasm place! Randomly stopped in for a manicure. They got me right in and did a fabulous job! Great selection of polish and excellent service! Will definitely be coming back!
436 Nails has become my go-to nail salon for a few years now. Ellen and Kat are outstanding and I've had great service from most of the staff as well. The salon feels clean and bright. I recommend calling at least 1 day ahead to set an appointment. Excellent salon!
I had been going here pretty frequently, and loved the services. But I fell on hard times, and had to stop going. I recently had some extra cash, and wanted to pamper myself since i hadn’t gone for about 3-4 months. I asked to get a design on my nails, and the woman said Yes, but never did the design? Just the basic color, which ended up fine because I allocated a certain amount of money for my manicure. When it came time to pay, my bill was the exact amount i had put aside and I unfortunately couldn’t leave a tip. When i signed the receipt and handed it back to woman, and asked me “tip?”. I had to tell her I unfortunately couldn’t, and the woman turned around to another person who was working on someone else’s nails, and the other woman said to me “do you not like the design?” in front of everyone in the salon. and i felt so embarrassed and so shamed, i ended up leaving what i had left for gas money on the counter. Now, a week later and all 10 fingers have chipped, and i feel like I can’t go back.
Sorry to say my nails came off within days of each other after getting hard gel. I left the idea of hard gel behind after this experience because I went two times for a chance of repair, and it didn't seem to help. I believe the technician wanted it to work, but it just wouldn't cure properly due to technique. The nails that were redone popped off first after I had to go back a second time. Therefore, the technique was certainly the issue. I would appreciate a refund for the issue since I did go up there twice, and I tried to settle to no avail.
I have came to this nail salon for years. It is always a good experience. They are clean, do a great job, and are definitely worth the visit over other local places. They have 8 nail stations and 8 pedicure stations plus they offer waxing and chair massages.
Came here from out of town to get a fill and pedicure before my vacation. There was one worker (a male) that performed both services. My pedicure was done nicely. However, my fill in was probably the worst I've ever received from any establishment. Two of my nails started to lift and completely come off after only two days. I couldn’t get back to the location to have them fix them as I was on a cruise for 6 days. The nails were filed sloppy and were very uneven. My French manicure looks nothing like the picture I showed the nail tech. Sadly, I will not return to this location whenever I'm in the area again.
Terrible terrible do not go i will not be back. Did not cut cuticles or sand them. The massage is all of 2 min a leg. They don’t follow the timer. Oh they have a timer too to make sure they don’t over work… they can’t afford lotion I guess cause they gave none to my feet nor cuticle oil. Over priced for the under work they do. They talk about you while they do work in their language, I know their language. They didn’t know that. So they also talk down about clients as they work too. Not happy. Go anywhere else.
