Well first, I ordered my pizza and got home to seeing the cheese had been forgotten???????? I called and the reason for the three stars is because the manager was truly SO kind and made two new pizzas on the house. I then drove back to the restaurant to get them and came home to see that the pizza that had originally been made without cheese now had cheese, but was missing the hot honey. This was the pizza I originally ordered, not the other that was a gift from the manager. I love their food and love this restaurant, but was really disappointed tonight.
First time visiting here I highly recommend to have delicious spaghetti and pizza here. The restaurant is clean and comfortable. I love the Tagliatelle alla pescatora the most, seafood are very fresh and delicious highly recommended to eat and have a great dinner with your family in here
Jessie was our server. She’s incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. I ordered their Tagliatelle alla Pescatore, which was absolutely delicious. My only gripe — the shrimp in my pasta was incredibly overcooked. Recommendation is to add your shrimp LAST to preserve the integrity. Otherwise, this visit was flawless.
Maria was a fantastic waitress! We had a large group and she was on top of things. Food was excellent as well!!
My experience at 400 Gradi in was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we walked in, we were met with warm and attentive service that set the tone for a delightful evening. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable and enjoying every aspect of our meal.
The star of the evening was undoubtedly the food. The funghi pappardelle was a revelation—rich, earthy, and bursting with flavor. The pasta was perfectly cooked, and the mushrooms added a depth that made every bite memorable. Another highlight was the unique focaccia bread, served hot out of the oven. It was airy, flavorful, and had a perfect crust that paired beautifully with the olive oil dip.
To complement the meal, I had an espresso martini, and it was one of the best I’ve ever had. The balance of coffee and liquor was spot on, making it a perfect ending to an incredible meal.
The ambiance of 400 GARDI added to the overall experience. Arriving just before the dinner rush, we were able to enjoy a calm and cozy atmosphere, which only enhanced the dining experience.
Overall, 400 Gradi offers a wonderful blend of delicious food, excellent service, and a welcoming atmosphere. It’s a place I’d gladly return to and recommend to anyone looking for an outstanding Italian dining experience in Dallas.
Antonia was the best. Gave us a suggestion on wine. And we loved it. He paid attention to us and always asked how we were. The atmosphere was great, nice Italian restaurant. I’ve been to Naples Italy, good Neapolitan pizza. Pasta was great too!
If you don’t eat here —- you are missing out! How often can you check off all the boxes- excellent food, service, and atmosphere!
Now let’s talk the food- Angels are making it- that’s right- fresh pasta and yummmy perfect crust pizza! And the wine list is awesome- great Italian choices- if you have a knowledgeable server like Alex you are really going to enjoy the experience.
Phenomenal spot: date night/birthdays. Parking garage and they’ll validate! Best meal I’ve had in ages: Vesuvio? pizza and truffle mushroom pasta. Great wine list. 1/2 off wine bottles on Wednesday if you get a pizza! Classy place, servers have always been amazing, especially Michael!
