LOVE LOVE LOVE, I was Blessed w a Salon & Sylist, Maddi, she was Amazing. So kind and treated me as a new customer with kindness & respect. At the first of my appointment, maddi ask me to to go to the restroom & use it if need be and to place a color smock on that was in the restroom. When I went into the very clean & organized restroom, I felt Home. Bc that is exactly what my first Solon back home offered each Customer. I then asked for a photo w Maddi to share w my colorist back home”Seattle” offered. The salon is a 5star accross the board, as the google reviews said that my Husband searched out before we made a in house visit to schedule my visit. The weekend before. She then straight to work on my grey roots. Wow! What an Amazing job she did, all my talking didn’t make her miss a beat. Everyone welcomed me with such kindness & professionalism. Not only will I be back to visit Maddi w my other hair upkeep needs, cut & bolliage . I will definitely pass her name & the 40 Volume ????????♀️ salon name on. To others. So so Happy my Husband, Chris took the time to find this new Salon. I am truly blessed & greatful.
The place was very welcoming. Nice on the inside they give your drinks and snacks while you’re there if you’d like. Everyone is super friendly and nice there. Highly recommend. I will definitely be going back for sure. Enjoyed my time there with Lauren. Lauren is a keeper for sure ! She did an amazing job to my hair !

I had been researching curly hair specialists in the area and 40 volume seemed to have the best prices and options. On the day of my appt, there was a mix up and after driving a good distance, my stylist was out sick. 40 volume was soooo apologetic about the mishap and went above and beyond to make my first experience with them a memorable one despite the confusion. I was more bummed than anything about the issue, but they found a stylist (Cody) to do my hair. He was warm, polite, personable and really took time to allow me to explain what I was looking for in a curly cut. I think any stylist there is a good option and they all know what they are doing. My hair exceeded my expectations!! Thanks, Cody for bringing life to my hair. I'll see you in 12 weeks!
Can I just say how in love I am with my hair and hair stylist!! I was a little nervous because Maegan is a “new talent” stylist but I loved her and my hair! Will definitely go back!
I wrote a review 9 months ago but I had to come back and write another! I usually keep with the same stylist when doing my hair because I know what I’m going to get, but I just really needed a cut and style before my birthday and I could not wait for availability with the person I usually see. I put my trust in Vania and I’m so glad I did because she did a PHENOMENAL job on not only my cut but my blow dry as well, looks and feels so much better. I will definitely be back to see her! service and everyone was very polite to me until lady Angelie cut my layered hair was damaged, i had a bad feeling about my hair but i trusted her, bought the product she recommended, i even booked a new appointment for the next two months, I came home with a damaged hair, look in the mirror.. oh no, not right at all. Luckily lady Mandy fixed it for me for free, i felt grateful for that, but while lady Mandy was fixing my hair, me and lady Angelie made eye contact, she saw me, she avoided me and the second time she walked past our backs, she didn't apologize or care about the damaged she left on her customer's hair, she didn't even stop by for a few minutes and ask what happened to the hair she cut yesterday. so disappointing. I called to cancel my next appointment with her on 10/20, I hope you guys don't forget to cancel because I don't want to be charged 50% service I don’t want at all. and my hair is light blonde highlighted, i showed her the picture wanting the highlights to darken to a brown tone, she said that i didn't make an appointment for highlights so she couldn't do it, she just cut and dyed as i had made an appointment, but she didn't warn me that when dyeing i would lose my highlights… and after 20 minutes dye my hairs, i had normal black hair, not like the picture and i lost all the highlights in my hair, but it's okay, the hair color is fine, but the result is definitely not what i imagined, if dyed it will lose the highlights and return to a base color (one basic color), at least she should have told me or warning me or just cut today and comeback another day do highlights or give me any advice. this is my first time at the salon, honestly i didn't know the salon only did the service that was originally booked, i also didn't know what i needed to do to my hair, but at least i showed her the picture and the result was nothing like i expected, i paid over $170 including products and tip. so sad.
Mandy did a phenomenal job with my hair. Pricing made sense given her experience and the outcome. I definitely would recommend this salon to others who are looking for a first time salon in Savannah! Will be coming back soon for color <3
This was my second time coming here and I absolutely loved it!! Every single person is beyond sweet and they will go out of their way to help you with anything you need. I had Laura for a haircut/ style and she did amazing! A girl that was helping her named Jen was also so sweet and amazing! Even if you’re just going for a haircut and you’ve never colored your hair before (like me), they make you feel so beautiful and confident! Everybody there are truly hair experts and I will forever be going to this salon. Highly, highly recommend!
