Best WLM Reviews
Stay away. I ordered a personal pizza with meatball as I have done many many times. The box was obviously smaller than I remembered. Then, I opened it. There was meatball on half the pizza. I ordered it and paid for meatball on the full pizza. The pizza itself had 8 slices that were 3 bites each. In total, the pizza was smaller than what 2 regular slices would be. And I was charged over $14. Do better 4 Guys. You should be embarrassed and ashamed.
Personal margherita pizza with 15% tip was roughly $20 and just as small as other reviews say they are. The pizza was good especially if you prefer thin crusts but it was kinda cold after i picked it up ~3 minutes after the eta and walked it another 3 minutes to where I was eating
I know the restaurant business is a hard one to survive more than a year or two, especially now with after COVID inflation.
My two star rating has to do with a small margherita to go I bought today.
It's not cheap ($16.58, dinner time) even though it is meatless, and it is small alright, 9 inches small. The pizza tastes alright, done with chunks of mozzarella (not grated cheese) but the reason it gets cold is on account of the flimsy cardboard box they use, at least in my case. I too live a mile away and my pie was cold when I got home. Pity.
I really want this pizza shop to remain open. It is not fancy but their menu is varied having interesting pasta dishes as well. Service is not bad, not great either. They do what they do for pay, but the love is not there. The lack of enthusiasm is prevalent nowadays everywhere. Wages are not enough to cover expenses, I only know too well, and employees are not enjoying their work.
And that is why I'll have to forget today's experience before I patronize them again. Heaven knows I am forgetful, but can they survive that long? That is the question.
I wish you well Four Brothers, a franchise with Mom and Pop atmosphere that I for one would like to see them succeed.
P.S.: No, the pie didn't get cold because I was taking pictures of it. My setup didn't last but a minute and that's when I saw it was cold already. Honest.
Oh, and I brought the pizza inside the trunk, not in the cabin exposed to the A/C.
I am a first time customer and my order was to go.
I had an excellent chicken parm sandwich to go. The chicken was fresh and thick cut. The cheese and sauce were plentiful and the hoagie roll was of good quality.
The negative reviews I saw on google are not a fair reflection of this business. It is what prompted me to write this review.
I think those people are just miserable and want others to be miserable with them.
As a fellow small business owner I would highly suggest people come to this business and try their food.
The pizza also looked tasty as I saw 3 customers eating it when I walked in for my takeout order.
This is always a hit. This is a plus for me because of the Tesla charging station. So I plug in get my food to go and back in my car with 20-25% more charge. Double whammy. Everyone there is great also and man the pizza is my kids and mines favorite.
We have always enjoyed the pizzas from 4 Brothers, but tonight was a complete letdown. We received an ULTRA-thin Margherita pizza, which we never ordered to be that thin. It was so flimsy that it was falling apart. Furthermore, the basil was burnt, giving it a terrible taste. We were under the impression that the basil is supposed to be added fresh after the pizza has been cooked.
The dinner was ruined, and we felt like we wasted our money.
I Lived a few 100 yds away in Abbey Village, I am From NYC, and I Know Italian Food and especially NY Pizza , I gave this place a shot 3 x On a scale from 1-10 , I personally would give This place a 5 , Its OK
I have ordered from this restaurant twice in the past week. I ordered a vegetarian pizza plus a chicken parmigiana sub minestrone soup the first time . The second time I ordered a dinner salad plus meatballs dinner plus more soup. The food was delicious and the delivery was on time the food was hot and the best takeout Italian food I’ve ever eaten. *****
