The chicken and beef shawarma was so good and a great deal for the quality of food. I will definitely be ordering from here again
The shawarma tasted good so I was satisfied with that. However, paying $17 for ‘skewer snails’ and then getting this little thing is a bit outrageous. I didn’t realized this is how small it would be, otherwise I would not have wasted my money. I’ll be sticking to just shawarma and fries, everything else is grossly overpriced.
I normally order from this restaurant even though we are like 1hour away. I did place an order today 1/16/2024 and called the customer service immediately that the Nkwobi that I bought last time which was last was totally bones. I have a picture and videos and I choose not to make an official complain but they should please not sell me bones this time around. I got an attitude from the female customer service very rude staff Naija will always be so unprofessional the westheimer location to be precised but I still said thank you after our conversation. Guess what they choose to sell me to total bones this time around asif they got angry that I called to make a complain. I will never buy from you guys anymore. Nigerians will always have the 419 way of cheating their people.. I will take my hundreds of purchase weekly somewhere else and never recommend. Terrible people. Picture includes bones in the foil paper and so-called Nkwobi in the plates.
The website automatically adds tips to your order without your knowledge. When I realized they wouldn’t refund the tip or cancel the order.
You’ll need to review the payment option in your website, I shouldn’t have an automatic tip option of 20% for picking up an order. This wasn’t a delivery order by the way. I didn’t realize I was charged a tip since I ordered multiple items on the first order. I realized on the second order a $17.00 item was about to charge my card $25.00. I observed a 20% fee was added. How can I tip 20% for picking up my order? To whom is the tip being allotted?
The cashier was adamant that I won’t get a refund for either the tip nor the order if I cancel. This makes no sense.
Outstanding Shawarmas and delicious Mediterranean food. This was my first time trying African food, but it definitely won't be my last. #hiddengem #nigerianfood
Wow! I wished I had read their reviews before we came in just to get 6 shawarma for my kids before a 6-hour travel. Oh my goodness, we waited almost 45min. I would have taken my family for a sit-down lunch. Very disappointing will not be coming here again.
We came to Houston for another reason and google a place to eat and this place is what we chose to try. The Shawarma was very good with fried chips, a bowl of spicy..but not too spicy Gizzards, with a Chapmin Red drink. It was very good and I would love to go back and eat there in the future. Also, I Love the fact that it is a Black ???? Owned Restaurant..????????✊????????????..!
We asked for Shawarma and that’s exactly what they gave to us! Tasty, flavorful, real ingredients, perfectly seasoned! O.M.G. Also reminds me of the Shawarmas from Nigeria. Honestly really good stuff.
Highly recommend this place.
What I got? Chicken, sausage and beef regular. The regular still has some spicy flavor to it but super mild. The spicy is hot ????for me but for some im sure it’ll be perfect.
